    The kinematic viscosity and thermal diffusivity of air shown here and used in the calculation is that of air at approximately 80 deg C, not at the film temperature of 57 deg C. What am I missing?

    What reference temperature was used to find the air properties (e.g. kinematic viscosity) ?

    the heat transfer rate is 48W, assuming it's the heat transfer rate on 1 side of the vertical plate ? total heat transfer rate should be 96W ? Am I correct ?

    Will vertical and horizontal isothermal plates have nearly the same heat transfer rates under free convection?

    So that tells us the average HEat transfer coefficient,.. anyway to get the local HTC?
