Many of the tub/shower surrounds come in an almond color, which does look like it is yellowed from age if you don't know it was that color originally. So that shower probably would never be able to be cleaned white. I'm with you, Barbie did a great job on it!

Beautiful job! The color of that fiberglass bath/shower unit was called "Almond". Very popular for kitchens and baths in the 90's. Thinkin' that was the last trend before black/stainless.

It’s plastic and worse kind and hardest to clean. Once I used lime a way it worked but those fumes are awful. Great job Barbie hugs 🥰❤️🎊🥳

You did a great job on the shower! It's not meant to be white - I think the industry color name is ~bisque~ which I sarcastically call "nicotine yellow" but it's a legitimate color used in bathroom fixtures and even appliances that was used for quite a few years ^-^

Just an FYI, on the refrigerator the grill down at the bottom, comes off too. Most models just pull hard , clean and snap back on. The one you cleaned looked like this. Others there are screws. Just on screw. Hope your hand heals fast. Merry Christmas 🎉🎉❤❤

Barbie, you need a drill brush. I just started using one for tough jobs like our shower/tile floor. So much easier than scrubbing for hours. Our shower is fiberglass -not a fan. Great video and awesome job!!!

The cat approves! I also have a long haired cat in the house, and like others have said, pop that cover off the bottom of the fridge (or unscrew it as it appears in this model) and you will find a long strip of compressed hair and dust if it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. It cleans up easy in the sink or tub then, and will make the fridge more efficient and sometimes quieter. I loved you sweeping ‘for your brain’, and the overall cleanup of the bathroom was amazing! Hey I love your Videos so much ❤ thank you! I also wanted to warn you about mixing cleaning products together. First they do their Job better when alone. And Secondly some ingredients may react with one another. I don’t want you to accidentally poison yourself. I have a Bachelors Degree in Science and auriikatarina teaches this as well. She studied cleaning before her career. So I hope I could protect you from poisoning your self and you may be healthy everyday ❤ Love from Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany :)

There is a degreaser that you can buy called Super Clean (comes in a purple container). It is VERY STRONG and will strip the paint off of things (and the skin off your hands if you don't wear gloves), so you really have to be careful with it, but you might find it useful as a substitute for oven cleaner. You will love the amount of scrubbing it reduces. I use it for cleaning the outdoor grill and other things that get a grease build-up like fryer baskets and the metal filter on the stove vent. If you decide to give it a try, be careful with it until you learn how it works, especially if you're working in someone else's place where you can't risk damaging their property.

@RainbowFlowerCrow yes, caulking, not grout. Our kitchen counters need replacing, but in the meantime ($$$) I'm thinking replacing caulking would make a huge difference.

Gosh I admire you, Barbie. You did so much work in that grotty, filthy bathroom!! You are very brave to get down near such a gross toilet. I find it best to use a damp paper towel to wipe away all the hair 🤮 first, then I can get on with the scrubbing. You have to be careful using Ajax powder or Comet etc on acrylic baths and wall linings as it can scratch them. Just a small tip. I was so relieved to see Johnny putting in that new filler where the sink meets the wall. You both did a fantastic job! Hope it stays clean!

In the U.S. you can easy pull/pop off the vents at the bottom of our refrigerators. It makes it much easier to clean. Then I use a leaf blower to blow out from under the fridge and the coils under there.

Bet that house is from the 1980s. That’s the exact tub/shower unit in my 1984 house. Mine is white; my sister lived in a house with an almond-colored unit. So easy to clean - no grout scrubbing!

Barbie, not sure what is wrong with your hand but if it is carpal tunnel you have to give it a rest. I have had that a few times and it is from doing repetitive motion digging up my yard with a hand trowel. You of course do a lot of repetitive motion in your cleaning. You want to give it some time off before they say you need surgery. Mine would ache at night deep in the bone. It is never a good time to rest your body but you must. I at the moment are recovering from a torn meniscus and for a while I was crawling, then a wheelchair, now a walker. It is a bear to do my chores but I do a little then rest. Worst time, right before Christmas but what can I do.😕Take care of yourself even for a couple of weeks, you film Johnny…whatever no filming. Your following won’t leave you, you are beloved. Thank you. Just read your hand is broken. And that you are moving? What does that mean?
