Honestly Rhyme, I completely agree with your standpoints aside from one thing- the hype factor for me. Whenever I pull the new big unit, like I pulled Gogeta Blue yesterday, it feels a lot more impactful knowing how much better he is then all other units, but in legends, since all sparkings are at least usable, despite some units being better like Broly, when I pulled him I didn't feel nearly as much excitement. Maybe that's because I whale out super hard on dokkan and put legends off to the side for the most part, but it just doesn't feel the same pulling good units in legends compared to dokkan. I understand if you or anyone else disagrees with me, I just wanted to put my opinion out there.

I love the goku and bardock animation it's so sudden and makes me so hype

Id have to say the bardock animation is my fav. Its like he just knows what his son is gonna do. Btw, i noticed if you have ssj bardock and a goku as team members, bardock has a special quote to goku when you switch from goku to bardock.

The Bardock and Goku vs Freezer Animation is my favorite Animation since it gave me my Broly on the daily discounted summon:D

Now if only I could get VEGITO.

Maybe you should save up the cc. Like you already have most of the units 5*. Maybe better save it up for the next banner?

This man is not just a whale.... I went 2 rounds on the step up and did pull everyone, but not half as many as he did. Rhyme is the Zeno of DBLegends.

Here’s the thing with step up banners. I personally love them, but I’m also F2P, so I have a lot of grievances. I saved up a lot of gems from the past event for this banner, and I’m at the point now where unless I go out and buy crystals, I can’t even finish my first round through the banner. With a guaranteed sparking ticket hidden behind it as well, I’m pretty furious that I won’t be able to get through the banner at least one time. In a game like legends where the meta can always change with new units, not being able to get new ones that will inevitably be good (Beerus and god goku) is super infuriating. I hope they fix the game so that when step up banners happen, events that launch at the same time (or around) can provide enough gems for at least one time through the banner for the full experience.

The problem isnt the step up banner itself, but rather just how utterly BROKEN Broly is. I'm also 100% sure the plan at Bandais is to make Gogeta Blue the hard counter to Broly.

I love step up banners . I save all my cc for step up banners cuz they are a lot better . Unless blue gogeta is on a separate banner, I only summon for step ups

At the end when Rhyme got his last Kaioken Goku, I did the summon with him and got Kaioken Goku, but before I got shafted with all heroes...

Apparently if you get Bardock or Trunks animation it's a guaranteed banner sparking unit. Don't know how true this is, but I can vouch that anytime I got those animations I DID get a banner sparking, plus in summon videos I've watched is the same. Haven't been proven to not be the case yet.

Everytime they release step up banners they always release new event missions that give you enough to get to the sparking ticket, the Vegeta missions give you over 1600 Crystals so it's very F2P

Beerus is green to counter the up coming blue Gogeta, that's what I'd be lead to believe. Hopefully more god ki characters come with the Gogeta banner

Do you think they would add a whis and somehow he gets a huge buff if beerus is on the team? That might explain hiding him behind the ticket banner.

The problem with step up banners is that it can be hard for f2p players to even reach all the steps, let alone get to the guaranteed sparking step. Now don't get me wrong i love how legends tackles step ups but it would be nice if we could also hop in for a cheap summon every day while racking up the crystals for a larger summon, especially when legends doesn't guarantee sparkings outside of the tickets.

Rhymestyle are you using an android emulator on a very fast pc or do you have an phone that you can run games on 60fps, because I'm very confused on how you can run this game on such a high frame rate?

Tbh Legends treats me a bit better too. Broly's banner bent me over hard but at least the step up gave me Godku knowing I didn't have much CC. Dokkan tho...lets just say I'm taking advantage of the 150 stones we have to reroll for a Gogeta account. Love both of them tho.

U have a point.. Saving all cc and used it on event.. But i think it's good to spend 20 cc on a discount and used it to pull one time per day.. I have found too many good heroes from those summon like final frieza,broly, bardock & paikuan etc..

I had crazy damn luck on this banner as a F2P player. I made an alt account on my old phone during the Broly movie event and it's now better than my main account after only 16 days played . 5* SP Purple Broly, 4* Godku 3* Beerus 3* kaioken Goku 5* SP Green Vegeta and Gogeta. I've almost got enough crystals for the final part of another step up. Within 16 days I have a 5* lv 2000 Broly with almost full soul boost it feels filthy.

Bardock is my favorite animation. Bardock has always been one of my favorite characters
