There are lots of resources on youtube on this matter, for example the Make Pop Music channel, but if I could give you some tips is to have a basic knowledge on guitar, knowing how to structure a song so how to create an arrangement and definitely some mixing knowledge (as in knowing how to use an eq/ compressor etc) but to keep things simple if you're at the beginning, just try to learn a DAW first and try to replicate the sounds you like, it wont be immediate but it could be fun! Good luck on your journey!
