did u notice the increase after day 14 or before?
1. Sprints 4 sets 2. Kneeling broad jump into tuck jumps 4 sets of 6. 3. 12 split jumps x 6 vertical jumps 4 sets 4. Lateral hurdle into single leg broad jump 4 sets of 6 5. 8 180 jumps x 20 alternating foot taps 4 sets.
Gained 4 inches or 5 on this program. I'm 5'5 and I could barely touch rim on 9ft before, now I can get 9.5 feet pretty easily. Preciate it ❗️

when did u notice improvement after day 14 or before
this was a great 2 week workout imma keep doing these workouts for like 6 months they really challenged me and I see improvement in my vertical

Bout to do the last day tomorrow and glad to say that this program really works and you wont be disappointed im 5'6 and i still cant reach rim but I gained 5-6 inches from these workouts so thanks so much to TLB they for real man, you WILL get results but it still depends because i had to push myself to the limit and not take more than 1 minute to rest after a set or exercise. But im glad the hardwork is gonna pay off and i just want to share this to everybody so you might feel motivated. Thanks again tlb and keep workin guys

Great program, every single set is a killer but when you push through the results are amazing. I’ve increased my vertical by at least 3-4 inches in 2 weeks and I’m one huge step closer to dunking. The hard work will payoff and your explosiveness will already begin to improve.

I did this 2 week workout and my results are amazing in the begging i was struggeling to touch the rim after this workout i can dunk with a tennis ball and grab the rim also my 2 leg jump got higher

onein one I i’m 6’2, can grab rim even just standing jump, been lifting n shit. I can’t do this on weekdays cos i have track practice and don’t have time. but ima do them on the weekends. Ima have a 40 inch vert soon

Got really good results! This 2 week program + daily stretching u gonna jump to the skies. Went from one hand dunk without dribbling to throwing down two handed dunk with dribble

johnny del Channel So you did take rest days occasionally, but sometimes you did back to back days. Did you still see big results in terms of inches and if so how much, (sorry for being kinda annoying :))) )

Mr360Gman from when i started id say1 1\2 to 2 feet from when i started i had bad vertical and no control .now much better control speed and hight but it was not the only thing i was doing just added it to my weekly workouts .im sure if thats the only thing u want to do u can get mega results you just have to put the work in

OK tlb I done the jump workout mid way though the two weeks I was able to tough my ceiling down stairs that was my first goal already gained two inches on my vertical on the last day I was able to touch my friends basketball rim at 8 ft 3 inches yah that's low but only 4 ft 9 thanks TLB

do you think a person who is 5,2 can jump over the 7 foot volleyball net if i keep repeating these workouts?
I was doing this with them i got way more bounce they know what there talking about i know by experience.

P. Pafta u should rest 3 or 2 days per week like train for 5 continuous days and have a rest of 2days

guys how to split the jump training in week how many days we need to train
I'm 5'6, before starting this program I can't touch the backboard but after 2 weeks I can almost touch the bottom of the rim
im sure that i'll do it and tell you the results right here, the problem is i started gym so my legs are already crying (gods help me). But in a month (or a lil more) i'll come back.

It really helped me get good results. And this is almost the third time i've done this 2 weeks program. Can i do it again? Or my muscles may get used to these workouts and they may show no results anymore? I couldn' find such an amazin program anywhere else that's why i don' know from now on what i should do to keep the progress and also to improve it .

I just have a question. Immediately after every session of jump training, I have a significant improvement in my vertical. However, after I rest a while, my vertical suddenly drops low to how my vertical used to be. I really want to jump higher and so an explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
