@Brilliant Laser That is a chrome Rizoma handlebars with a chromed housing. Or the ripoff handlebars from here www.fitzgeraldmotorsports.com/product-page/b2-bars I have the black Rizoma version setup on my 2003 VRSCA. I use a custom intake cover so I needed to add a two-inch custom insert. At 1:23 you can see this bike has a 1-inch add-on under the bars.
