Lol no. The whole scheme was set around 'zombie' which is what they call certain kinds of knives (Zombie knives). He's saying that they've had "zombies" for time, much before the game Black Ops ever came out.

For anyone struggling to understand the video - At the end of the video (which is actually the start), Fredo is seen handing over a pile of money to the “plug” in exchange for drugs. The plug takes the money and seemingly doubles his profit, later using the £50 to pay for a prostitute. The prostitute takes the money for her services and ventures into a church where she gets baptised, feeling a sense of regret and self-loathing for what she has to do for a living, she donates the £50 to the Church’s offertory. The pastor sneaks money out of the basket and slips it into his pocket. The pastor rolls up the £50 note and uses it to snort cocaine in the bathroom of his home, before being caught by someone who may be his daughter or wife, who wrestles the note away from him. Crying at her unfortunate circumstances, she puts on her fake smile and goes to work as an assistant on the set of “Money Talks” video - where the £50 ends up on the huge money pile, straight back to Fredo.
