Don't get me wrong this kid is amazing; however, he still needs to turn his head before he does any spinning kick, and he needs to keep his hands up at all times. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Han var virkelig dyktig. Et skikkelig talent og allerede så utfører han sparkene og kombinasjonene perfekt. OL garantert :-)

Yet he's currently ranked world number 1 in his weight category. I wonder how that happened? Growth spurt maybe?

Keeping your hands up in olympic taekwondo isn't a very good idea ESPECIALLY now that the scoring is electronic, since it leaves your chest open for easy points. In ITF taekwondo it is a good idea, but not in olympic taekwondo 8]

Impressive drilling. However one well placed punch will ruin this kickers game.

The kid is good, and Aaron Cook is a good fighter - but in the entire video I didn't see him working any punch techniques. And Frederik never punches in competition - or almost never. A good punch with TKD gloves on can break a rib. But you have to work on it. Nobody wants to do that. I don't know why.

Dude he has the will to fight but he needs to improve his base...without a base any form of martial arts is NOTHING. You need to learn how to walk before you can run. You need to learn the basics before even start fighting.

Fantastic skills, awesome competitor. Shame about the music, have to show my young students this with no sound due to the music. Please re-edit with child friendly music.
