How can I get a copy of the film-Mary the Making of a Princess ?

All true love must start with friendship. Frederick found this in Mary. Easy to understand as he was always trying to find himself and did that with a person who herself did that after losing her mother. The pair are bright and kind and will together make life better for everyone around them.

No , they should take over in Australia and New Zealand. Why should Australia have Prince Charles, the Adulterer and Diana murderer foisted upon them when Mary is Australian and Danish and Frederik is Danish and Australian.

Unfortunately not many of us speak Danish, Norwegian, Dutch or Swedish. I do speak French but no lovely Ceremonies in France only military!. This is to say how nice if there were official translations. Many English speaking countries follow these splendid events.The only one was Madeline of Sweden to Christopher O' Neil. Most of the gorgeous ceremony was in English, as his Swedish was insufficient. Mary is so very beautiful, serene,and gracious. The exquisite dress on her divine silhouette her flowers.And Fred leaves us with emotion as we observe his profound love for his Bride. The UK weddings in Westminster are very somber affairs in comparison the religious ceremony is pompous longwinded with sad worded text. Hate them ;they are spoken with a somber tone suited for funerals. Catherine looked terrified and William sped through fast as he could . Then they leave to sign in another place!!! He should have been wearing his regiment uniform Navy; instead of the Irish guards flamboyant red which does not suit him as he blushes! .The Queen insisted.

OMG. I watched with CC to translate his Danish into English and started laughing my head off at the hilariously bad translation. It had to be some computer but DAMN it, beyond funny.

They did meet by chance because both of them nearly did not go to the Slip evening that evening . It was a gathering of people who knew each other from University , plus a few friends . Mary was supposed to go to a farewell party for a colleague and Frederik had jet lag and wanted to go to bed . Both changed their minds at the last minute , because of some mysterious force urging the to go there to the Slip Inn instead, and the rest is history . Even he said it was a million to one chance that they met. He fell in love almost immediately, but it took her (in her own words ) a few months to fall in love with him. In November 2001, she had to choose either Frederik or keeping her private career and life in Australia. In her TV programme in January , she admitted that she chose him because she loved him . In April this year his mother Queen Margrethe said to a friend, " Those two are still besotted with one another." Perhaps she is a bit jealous of their happiness
