freddy Krueger - making a easy diy lifesize display mannequin - DIY

i collect horror figures and have been wanting to build life size figures and this is the first .
i bought the mask from the devils latex ,find them on instagram ,not only is it the best mask i found but its not that expensive .
i made the glove a few months ago,check out the video if you havent seen it.
i just need to find or make the left hand to have it finished as I want it ,i just used a glove here but eventually ill upgrade to a hand.
thanks for watching

    I didn't expect to watch somebody carve a mannequin out of expanding foam today, but I'm glad I did. Awesome stuff!

    I collect screen used wardrobes and props and I can say that once upon pre Covid the mannequins were decently priced. Now it's so marked up, I am going to try this method is need be. Great video and keep the hobby alive brother.

    Thanks the one thing I learned doing these is to add back your offcuts of dry foam into the next piece then spray foam over it,it'll save you using as much spray foam...if that makes sense , thanks for watching

    Awesome build! Thank you! I think you just solved my mannequin needs too. One question, instead of wood, could a person use pvc pipe to get even less weight? Or would it not stand up on it's own then?

  • @sdmcustoms

    @sdmcustoms

    Жыл бұрын

    Thank you Yes I believe that would work,I'm pretty sure if you search it there's a video someone did years ago using pvc pipe with goldball ball joints you should check out. I've made a few other mannequins but tried bubble wrap and packing tape ,it's cheaper and easier with similar results
