Whatever plans he had for Francine would have been involving her getting abused by him. Not just magically but mentally, physically, and emotionally. As we all know when Eclipse gets pissy with individuals that are childish, he abuses them in just about every way. He hits them, manipulates them, and breaks their spirit to make them feel like they are nothing. I'm sure Francine would have lashed back out if she was ever trapped like Lunar was with him, but still good she never had to experience it either.
