His insecurity over his smile is so endearing. How he covers his mouth when he wants to smile or laugh. It’s sad and endearing at the same time. He is just a precious man and we were lucky to have him.

You know what I love about Freddie? He made friends with all these other artists, but there is no rivalry with him. He loves them all. I love that. Especially in the first interview when he talks about Boy George and he says he’s going to be around for a long time. You look at Madonna and she gets all pissy when she thinks Lady Gaga is copying her. Even Prince, as much as I love him, had an attitude with his fellow artists. But not Freddie.

Undoubtedly the most talented musician who ever lived. He died a few weeks before I was born, and I bet he would be ecstatic to know that people born after his passing are still listening to his words and music. I adore how real he was. Same on camera as off. One of the biggest inspirations of my life.

Everything he says, make sense. He was, not just only one of the greatest frontman of all time (if not the greatest), but at the same time one very strong character as a person. Have never seen anyone control the audience like Mercury did. Wembley ´86, pure magic!

@@ianoian1 I´m talking about the concerts at Wembley Stadium, 11-12/7 ´86, not the interview. Live Aid was in ´85, but they performed at Wembley in 1986 and that´s the show I´m referring to here.

Freddie's teeth are great. They give him so much character. He knew his teeth were his trademark, and had a great sense of humor about them. He once said he might form another band with Rod Stewart and Elton John and call it "Nose, Hair, and Teeth"! I cannot imagine any well known singer today who would go around with teeth like that and leave them natural. Freddie was the best - we won't see his likes - or his talent - again.

    1. He's good looking. 2. He has a great sense of humor. 3. We are watching an interview back in the day when people just answered honestly about how they felt and it's hard to find that today. 4. He's a truly unique talent. We've had many as or more talented, but none like him. And he is so humble about that. My thoughts.
