It's so great that he says things like "living with autism" etc. as I hate the word "suffer" because you know... autism isn't someting I suffer from.

Absolutely love "The Good Doctor" so far and hope the writers don't screw it up. Freddie Highmore is also adorable and didn't know he was British. Wish him the absolute best on his new endeavor.

Freddie Highmore is a great gift to cinema. His intelligence and honesty seeps through all the characters he plays.

The good doctor is the stand out POWERHOUSE new show of 2017. The critics are wrong, and the ratings prove that. Not since "lost" has an abc drama been such a tear jerker, while simultaneously being funny, engrossing, rivoting, and utterly genuine. Freddie highmore's "shaun murphy" give us with psychiatric disorder a glimmer of hope that we CAN and SHOULD do what we're passionate about, to make a difference in the lives of others, and our own lives. Everything about "The Good Doctor" screams perfection, from the performances of highmore and schiff, the to writing, directing and casting of guest stars (tim russ from star trek voyager is my fave so far) all the way to the executive producer Daniel Dae Kim of lost and hawaii 5-0 fame. I wish i was a professional critic so people would listen to me because i have, with 95% accuracy, been able to undoubtedly say which shows are hits from the first couple episodes, as well as music, but that comes from an enourmous musical, theatrical, and broadcast production backgroung. But i digress. If you havent watched season 1 of this show, binge it, all 10 45 min episodes, and bring tissues, and an open mind and heart. Youll see why its a rating juggernaut and why freedie highmore is nominated now for a golden globe for best actor in a drama series.

I LOVE THIS MOVIE BECAUSE MY CHILD HAS AUTISM WITCH IS MILD BUT HE STILL HAS PROBLEMS. I AM LEARNING ALL I CAN ABOUT THIS DISEASE AND HOW TO HELP HIM. MY SON IS A VERY LOVING CHILD AND KIND. ALSO VERY SMART. YES HE GETS MADE FUN OF AT SCHOOL AND BULLIED EVERY YEAR. TEACHERS ARE CRULE ALSO. HE JUST ENTERED MIDDLE SCHOOL AND LEARNING TO ADJUST BECAUSE HE WAS USED TO GRADE SCHOOL AND YOU KNOW HOW AUTISM CHILDREN LIKE THERE ROUTINE. WITH MY HELP (HIS MOTHER) DOING AN IEP AT SCHOOL AND MAKING THE SCHOOL STICK TO IT. HE WAS DIAGNOSED AT THE AGE OF 9 YEARS OLD AND NOW HE IS 10 YEARS OLD HIS IQ WAS 125 VERY SMART.
