@@asuramp3 definitely not Corpse Party, anime adaptation did the games dirty af, play the games first and then watch anime if you really want to Some people say that Higurashi no naku koro ni is boring in the first 5 episodes but tbh I disagree, be prepared for hard gore tho because later episodes go wild (I recommend watching the 2006 season first, not the 2020 one) btw Ryukishi07 - the author of Higurashi also made Umineko but it's the same case as with Corpse Party, play the game first. I know that he also made Ciconia but I don't know much about it, I only know that it's a game. Also, Ryukishi's works have the no naku koro ni (when they cry) in the names. I don't really have much to say about Another, I liked it. One KZreadr said that some death scenes are so ridiculous to the point where he started laughing (that's a horror anime btw) Ergo Proxy is a psychological sci-fi anime, if I had to compare it to something it would be Ghost in the shell mostly because of cyborgs everywhere and to Nier Automata/PGR because of the virus spreading in there (it doesn't make cyborgs into a killing machines but still seems somehow similar) If you liked Higurashi (first 2 seasons) then you'll like Shiki, I doesn't really know what to say more about this anime Mirai Nikki is a hunger games anime where all the participants fight to become a god, although this anime is most known for one of the characters Yuno Gasai - a yandere girl Deadman wonderland also a hunger games type of anime that takes place in a weird mix of circus and jail. Inmates there fight for candies that are also a cure for some weird sickness and if people in there doesn't eat the candy they will die. I haven't watched Dusk Maiden of Amnesia so I can't say anything about it Elfen Lied is an anime with human hybrid that has invisible long arms that can slash everything and kill a human easly, back in the day it was cancelled somewhere for extreme violence and people where mad about it. Don't mind the grammar mistakes, I've learned English from watching memes + I've watched most of these animes a long time ago so there might be some incorrect informations.
