Cristian Dubs for WB cartoons in the 90s were made by a Venezuelan company for Latin America. I guess they found "Fenomenoide" was more a catchy name for that market.

Something that I noticed is that the scnene right after he's driving the kart, in some versions it shows a scene with an advertisement of what it looks like a kind of whistle for $0.00, and some other versions show a scene where he's in jail, I wonder why is that?
