Sumit bhai, for registration of vehicles we have to sign a Form 20 where chasis number and other details of the car is mentioned. One should check every document before signing. Amol bhai may not have checked the details of the car being registered in his name and signed the Form 20. Then only the dealer was able to do that fraud.

I don't think the Maruthi Suzuki company will close the customer complaints so easily. If the particular car has any manufacturing defects, the company's officials will examine and take action. There may be poor maintenance by the party and negligence on the part of dealer in setting right the deficiencies

Dashray mai gaadi delivery problem ka kya solution?

Me bhi pareshan hu sir maruti dealer se. Doun pement le liya loan bhi fast kar diya delevery ke liye gadi hi nahi hai. Me garib aadmi hu. Bacho ke liye sabji dudh lane ke bhi paise nahi bache. 10 din ghuma rahe hai. Meri halat dealer ne aage dariya pichhe khai kar di hai. Kya kare kuchh samajh nahi AA Raha.

Bhai ye case kis state aur kis zile ka hai ye to batao..

Even the company should be liable and notices should be issued to both Company and the dealer. Since the customer has no option to buy directly from the Company and these dealers are authorised dealers and only dealing with the Companies cars they are nothing but the extension of the Company hence both the Company and the Dealer is liable to compensate the customer. The customer should file a Case in Consumer Court without fear and hesitation … its the fundamental right.

Tabhi log "Indian Brands or dealership" par bharosa nahi karte ... Yehi reason hae even hamare phone bhi "Chinees" brand ka hi hota hae ..
