A DNA test needs to be performed at the hospital at birth. If he is supportive of the potential mother of his child during the pregnancy, that isn’t too much to ask, pending the results. If the children aren’t his, at least he did his best to support the mother while she was carrying his child, which goes a long way as far as the health and well-being of his potential child. If the test shows the child isn’t his, he can consider it a gift to the child, and walk away knowing he did everything right. That being said: the only time I hear the judge griping at men to “step up” when children aren’t theirs is when the parents let the doubt carry on so long and the potential fathers forge a relationship with the child without knowing the truth.

He is emotionally attached to those babies. I've met women who met men that took her kids as his own & raised them as his own. I encourage those men to adopt those children if their biological father is not interested in raising or paying for them. Remember... Joseph raised Jesus even though he knew that Jesus was not his.

I said the same. If he did, he would be legally bound & it's one thing for him saying he wants to keep helping & another to be legally obligated to. My heart broke 💔 for him though, especially seeing how he was really loving the baby boy & even though he didn't say it, it seemed he was kind of convinced at the very least the boy was his. Once the emotion wears off I'm sure he will make the best decision for himself. As a man I would not want too be raising another man's children out of a situation like this and still having to deal with the person who wronged me. Maybe she hasn't been in contact with them for a long time. Maybe she is in denial about them being possible fathers. Maybe she doesn't want to admit to just how many possible fathers there are, until she has to. At least what the results should tell us at this point, is whether the twins have the same father or different fathers. We should have enough DNA on file to show whether they are full or half siblings.

I guess.. but can u honestly say that a man is always exclusive with a woman he’s dating after 2 weeks? Or a woman for that matter? I personally only date one person at a time and would never have multiple partners but don’t know too many men cutting all side dating off the moment they met me. Usually worked towards exclusive then titles etc. well until I met my soulmate. I was shocked to hear how fast they moved.. 90 day rule believers out their shaking their head lol

I saw this type of behavior in my late teens, so I got married at the age of 18 because I didn’t want to sleep around. That marriage lasted six years and we were both in the military at that time. After I ended my first marriage I met a young man who I dated for six years before getting married again. This July will be 20 years for us and I am so great full for the first marriage which put me in another state that led me to meeting my true soulmate. I look back at my life experiences and was fully aware that getting married at 18 was too young but because of my Christian values I didn’t believe in sleeping around with people you weren’t married to. The divorce was something I never wanted to experience, but I found out that my religion didn’t acknowledge the marriage because it was performed by a female in a courthouse. So we had to get the marriage annulled and than actually marry in our church, and I was so great full that I had been so young and a little dumb the first time.

I applaud this young man for taking care of her and the kids.I understand not wanting to live with his mother.

Ikr, it's like people haven't heard of condoms, you never know what someone has. Then you have people that never have symptoms but are carriers of a disease, some curable, some arent, some are able to pass to an unborn baby, some affect your ability to have children in the future, some cause cancer. I understand having a mishap after using condoms the entire time but many people go into it raw, like it's nothing, then act surprised when they catch something or get pregnant.

Don't know why these judges including Maury, try to encourage these good men to stay and be father's for these children when the mothers know who the fathers are and the real father's know too. When you finish put in the work and 20 years later real daddy appears and takes over. Let the woman get the real dad and bring him to court!

The Judge is wrong to suggest other men take the responsibility of children real fathers no judge should suggest that that where Judge Lake is wrong.

She knew those twins weren’t his that’s why she jumped up & moved to Cali.

That shouldn’t be the case, though. It shouldn’t matter if you signed the birth certificate. You should be able to get out of it like you can get out of anything else you might have signed under duress.

I feel bad for him, but I cannot understand nobody using birth control! Odds are that you are going to create life whether you desire to or not.
