I remember getting the same issue with kicks when I troll at Frappe myself. An oversight with BA Essentials (the admin used by Frappe and others cafes) is that the :ban command (server ban) does not give a reason afterwards. This is why if you get server banned at Frappe, it will never have a reason. Frappe may have programmed the “kick” command to autokick trollers if used by SA+. It is effectively the same as being server banned, just this time with the reason.

The only thing he has a crush on is working for a virtual cafe.

If you were being kicked after a few seconds of being in the game, usually that means that the admin system is being slow in that server. You were banned from that server, although the reason displayed instead of "You have been banned from this experience."
