Poor Miles was like: "I already lost one family member to a gunshot, I AIN'T LOSING ANOTHER!"

Ough my girl is having a rough time :( she's like. a fuckin teenager still, barely a young adult, getting *shot by an assasin* on the way to court. gotta be at least somewhat traumatising for the poor dude- and miles sure can't be alright either, bro just keeps on being present for shootings like seriously. and like. the fuckin parallel between her and Manfred of where she happened to get shot?? world's shittiest family tradition. anyway we love the siblings they need to stop getting whacked by angst I need them to be happy for once (carry on whacking them with angst the messed up little creature inside of me will gleefully watch and aggressively spin the Thoughts on these two).

Exactly, like- she is a literal teenager going through so much! How can a teenager be expected to know how to deal with all that trauma when it'd be difficult for adults, too? Franziska really deserves a break, I swear! 😭 Miles would also be traumatized by guns at this point- even he was shot at by Yogi in the first game 😢 And yeah, imagine the guilt, grief, fear, and anger she would feel every time she sees her scar. I HC that she feels guilt for being Manfred's daughter cuz Manfred ruined Miles' (and her's) life, so she feels like she also ruined their lives just by being related. They really do need to have nice things happen for them cuz dang... But the angst is there and must be explored 👁👁 LOL

Miles like dragged her to the hospital. He wasn't having any of it. He cares so much for Franziska, even if it took him a year to realize who he was and what he was about.

I don't believe the bullet stopped her. I think that she couldn't go with a bloody shirt

Franziska hasn't shown up since Spirit of Justice, but at least the Investigations Collection will let us see Franziska and Gumshoe for some good minutes until Shu Takumi decides to include them in an Ace Attorney game that is not a remake.

There’s so much angst with these characters- 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ And I agree, I’d love to see more of them being siblings! They know each other the best out of anyone else 🥺 Exactly! Miles has had a lot of bad experiences with gun violence in his life 😭 I personally don’t think that he’s that close with Wright & Co at this point tbh. (Since they reunited after 15 years apart, and I doubt they hung out a lot during the few months they met again, and then Miles left for a year.) So, Franziska was really all Miles had left 😢 Even then, they weren’t close for many years since she was overseas 😭😭 (Manfred really wanted to isolate them, I guess 👹)

@@sinnabum45 That's also something, their shared trauma if Manfred just being a terribly toxic parent, manipulative to Miles negligent to Franziska, and a criminal which hurt both of them severely. They were both scarred by him for life. Ps: I really like your more serious comics are all black and white, especially since crime/emotional flashbacks are always black and white in the games.

Yeah, I could 100% see them bonding over their shared trauma of being raised by Manfred. They still seem to love and respect him, so that makes it so much more complicated and interesting 😭 Thank you so much!
