It's been brought to my attention that you can get covers to go over the brake to make them look like drums

They sell the reinforcements for the frame $100

I dont have a ton of experience with their products. I have used rustseal a time or 2 when customers supplied it but I can not say how it holds up.

I've had a 64 for about 18 years that needs literally the same body work done to it. What's something like that cost?

If it has to come off the frame you are looking in the 18-20k range. If it just quarters and bodywork and paint on the outside roughly 10-12k.

This particular car will be in the neighborhood of 18-20k parts and labor for the full frame off. If they have to come off the frame you can almost guarantee a 15k plus price tag.

I would stay away from the fitech lots of problems, spend the extra and go ls or Edelbrock Pro-Flo 4 EFI.
