Frankincense & how it impacts the immune system

Ғылым және технология

Frankincense has many effects on the immune system. Here is some of the research that explores this!
What can it do:
- increase white blood cells
- increase phagocytosis
- stimulate both Th1 and Th2 of the immune system. A finding that may benefit conjuctive use with vaccines.
- Many pathways of decreasing inflammation via the immune system.

We really don't need remedies. The body can heal itself! The only problem is, we stand in the way of our body healing Itself by feeding it junk, sugar, carbohydrates, processed foods, seed oils, and any and all fake foods that cause inflammation. Cancer is a metabolic disease that is caused by damaged mitochondria which is caused by inflammation. Eliminate all foods that cause inflammation, and you will allow your body to heal itself whenever sick. But really, your body won't even get sick if your mitochondria is healthy and you have no inflammation. How do you allow your body to heal itself? Eat animal products! Eat animal fats and proteins. Our body and our brain need animal fat in order to thrive properly. Forget the fruits and vegetables! Eat only animal products! I'm a Sugar Free, Carb Free, Plant Free, Fruit Free, Grain Free, Seed Oil Free, Healthy Carnivore! 🥩🐟🧈🥓🥚🍳🧂💦 Animal Based All the way! Steaks, Beef, Bacon, Butter, Fish, and Eggs! What will also help reduce inflammation and actually get rid of it completely if you have any, is to go outside and walk on the Earth barefoot. Walk on the beach, walk in a park, on the dirt, directly on the grass, etc. And it's best if you can live by the ocean and walk barefoot on the sandy beach every single day.

I'll leave this in there for 8 hours swishing it around every 2 hours. I'll add this infused oil to my day and night moisturizer and it works wonders. It's made my skin very soft and helped with fine lines, aswell as helping get rid of redness. I used this on my husband for a few weeks and it has started to diminish the indentations of his acne scars. Really amazed by the results, I was skeptical at first, but it's really a miracle!

Pain in the body (that does originate from trauma) is usually a sign of internal congestion. Castor oil is great at helping to mobilize the lymphatic system. Because of castor oils low molecular weight, it is easily absorbed by the body and penetrates into the problem areas. Food is also a MAJOR cause of creating congestion in the body. Staying away from foods that have been artificially “enriched” with Iron will also help greatly. The human body doesn’t need iron as most of the iron is recycled by the liver when the body has enough copper present. A women who has and unhealthy or unnatural diet will have a heavy period. From what I researched and read, women who go on a fruit diet have a very very minimal period that only last a couple of days with little bleeding. A women who has a lot of internal congestion from an unhealthy diet will end up with a heavy menstrual cycle as the body try’s to purge all the accumulated toxins.

Maybe some help for your daughter: I suffered from menstrual pains horribly until I was 47. Doctors offered no help. What stopped the period horrors? A keto diet. I have found that carbs - especially grains - had been the trigger all along. Many other women report the same thing. I suffered for 30 years because of the grains. I'm so frustrated that doctors didn't know this. To be free of pain and irregular cycles is definitely worth giving up my carbs. No food is worth that pain. Maybe look into this. Try it for 3 months to see if your daughter feels better. Can't hurt to try. Good luck. 🤗

@@user-bv1ss5nj9b I also recently discovered the challenges with grains. Grains contain oxalic acid, a compound that turns into Oxalate Crystals in the human body when ingested.. These little crystal shards can and do cause lots of pain and discomfort when they build up in human tissue. There are certain foods that are high in Oxalates including leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, cocoa, nuts, and seeds. Staying away from High Oxalate foods will also greatly reduce the pain. There are many great lists that can be found online on which foods to avoid. Spinach is extremely high in Oxalates including chocolate. I know it works. Years ago, I used to carry a heavy backpack for months to work and my left shoulder became so inflamed that I couldn't carry it on that side anymore. One month or so of rubbing in Frankincense with carrier oil into my shoulder and the pain completely disappeared. I've been using in on and off for years. I feel the same about Myrrh too.

It doesn't taste very good, but I've seen a KZread video from Dr Axe saying the quickest way for it to absorb into the blood stream is to put a drop on your thumb and apply it to the hard palate on the roof of your mouth. The next best way is to use veggie capsules and put a drop in close and take like a tablet with water. Otherwise you can use it typically, best with a carrier oil of in 100% pure Aloe Vera Gel (no alcohol). Check out Dr Axe and other videos on KZread. Hope this helps.

You can always make a home infused oil with medical grade frankincense and there are lots of great videos on youtube about that. But if you have medical grade frankincense, you can also make a tea with it by soaking it overnight in water , and I'm sure this is what would be recommended for organ and brain benifits. The home infused oil is fantastic for anti aging though, I've been using it for a few months now and it's been great for my wrinkles, redness, and dryness in my skin, and helped my husband's acne scars. The frankincense I've been using on my skin is not medical grade and it's the Boswellia dalielli verity of frankincense, and I used sweet almond oil as my carrier oil in a ratio of 2 oil to 1 frankencense for anyone who's curious.

You can spray frankincense and myrrh oil and water mixed in a spritz container, and use it on your back and it helps prevents spirits from entering all of you. Because they actually enter you through your backs believe it or not. I even use frankincense on my clothes as an extra barrier. But if you have back issues try this method and see if you feel better and then when you notice that you're dragging spray yourself and notice how that energy kind of lifts out of you.

Because the term doctor allows them to hide a lot of shit from everybody including big pharma without them ever distinguishing the list of items that they're trying to put in all of you so. I for one would like to see the conventional medical system fall on its face 100%. I remember when doctors could actually be doctors 30 years ago. Now they're forced to follow a script and why did they get to take credit for something that nature has made for a very long time? Why did they get to only make the videos cuz they're doctors? You know that's kind of a really shifty ideology and it shows your class action narcissism. And you're all in a projected reality that you create from your brains and most of the content you pay attention to is insertable AKA insertions and many of you have been recycled many times which is why deja Vu relevant otherwise it wouldn't have any use at all. What will you do differently this time that will actually save you and your children? That is exactly how I discovered Boswelia organic supplements, which I've been taking for 2 months now 1-2 capsules @ 500mg per day. I take 2. It has helped me a ton with my arthritis in my back and in my wrist. Also massaging the frankincense oil with castor oil on areas that are inflamed, helps immensely. Even almost completely heals the pain (just depends on the severity of pain) But it works wonders. The frankincense also known as Boswelia, works wonders, especially if mixed with castor oil. Those 2 together is pretty much like a miracle in a bottle. When in doubt, Castor and frankincense. Myrrh is just as amazing.

I love Frankincense, but never have had it orally I just use it as incense or an oil to put on me ( skin) I certainly have inflammation! Have polymyositis as well. My lymphocytes are 4000 as of last known, better than the 3000 from before though, and they test it and send it out to Utah by helicopter. They wer a little nervous when it was in 3000's. I am taking so many meds for pain and also depression, and it goes on and on. This makes me so sleepy! But I try to act normal, but get tired so easily, and just do not feel well. But have so much I must do in a day. No one can help me properly, and even my feet are affected now and have hammertoes, and they are trying to not have to do surgery, but giving me time to see how I feel in a few months. They would need to do surgery on every toe on the right foot and cut down into the knuckles of the toes. Take off bunions and bunionettes and so it is hard. ''Interesting information on Frankincense!'' and will need to see how I can take this, safely! 'Thank you so much!' Think this may just make a difference!

You can lessen your toxin load that resulted from jab. It takes consistency and a dedicated change in lifestyle to go along with the detox protocols, but people are having positive results. It will be something you always have to do to some degree or another for life, but as time goes by it gets easier and becomes part of your routine. I've seen long hair like structures come out of people and it was alive. It was moving!

DMSO is often taken with frankincense. DMSO can be taken topically or internally. What methods do u suggest we use to "take" frankincense? Can it be taken internally, like DMSO? If so, when would u suggest this?

Taking DMSO internally can be dangerous in my opinion. DMSO (is a solvent) and has the ability to penetrate tissues. When taken internally it can quickly get into the blood stream and then cross the blood brain barrier. I think DMSO works better by applying it locally to alleviate internal congestion.. a lot of congestion occurs in the lymphatic system (the bodies sewer system).

Add a couple teaspoons to your homemade biscuits or pita - just like the All Knowing Father instructed in His laws. It’s a loving gesture to keep us healed to have given those instructions - just like what animals are food or not… swine, shrimp, lobster, snail, rabbit, catfish, (see Leviticus ch 11) are not food !! It’s the major cause of cancer and other mutations
