Hello doctor, I've been expecting you, come in! It's finally here, can't wait to add this to the shelf. Thanks Folio, for another superb edition. So.....when will Angela get to work on The Picture of Dorian Gray? ***ahem, please!*** Seriously, Angela's work on Dracula and Frankenstein is perfectly suited with just the best atmosphere for the stories inside. Great work Folio, great work Angela!!!

I'm trying to figure out if this is based on the first or second edition text, but both this video and your website don't specify.

Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus was first published in three volumes in 1818. A second edition, which was a straightforward reprint of the first edition presented in two volumes, was published in 1823. A third, substantially revised edition including a new Introduction by the author appeared as a single volume in 1831. The text of this edition follows that of the 1831 edition, with minor emendations.
The limited editions are going for over $1000. It would be nice if we could afford them, but they are no longer available.....
