I have had the inspiration to create a lasting sculptural tribute to Frank Zappa since his death in 1993. In 2000 I began working on a smaller than life size bust of Frank. I thought people may want a bust of Zappa like some fans have a bust of Beethoven. After the head created in 2001, I began my concept of creating a figure for the bust. Here are some scenes showing a little of the process. The figure of Frank with custom SG is just part of my concept. I hope to get back to working on it in the near future.
