Speechless!

These men are wonderful.
It's very liveable...why aren't there more glass houses? So much light and nature.

@@mulemule I don't think... our cities are full of glass.. residential and commercial. Very few broken windows in comparison to the stones available.
정말 멋진 풍경을 가진 집이군요 ! 최고예요 !
When Philip first announced that he was donating his house I went to visit it but Philiup was still living there so he kindly asked me to leave which I did.
well it,s nice,Best wishes from Latvia
A lovely movie. I do wish they would show the more private aspects such as bedrooms and bathrooms too.
super art
As classic as the Parthenon. Awesome.
"Deliciously livable." I want to learn how to blurt out bizarre shit like that that casually. Next time I'm invite to someones house I wanna try it. Lol

Did you mean to say bull or bizarre ? I think bull is more accurate . It is a work of art but generally works of art are not livable and do not satisfy human needs ( except for the aesthetic ) in any real sense.

Is the garage glass too?
cool dudes
How does one live in that glass house in the winter, with just a piece of glass between us and 30 degree weather outside ????
Funny - I had the idea that Stella was a very different sort of person and probably not very likeable. Boy, was I wrong!
Which came first, Philip Johnson glass house or the Farnsworth House ?
How did Phillip deal with the heat and the sunlight? Was it eventually air conditioned?

@Tempo Nelson Cook outside. That's what I do because I bought a 1984 custom built recently BUT the builder failed to vent outside above stove. Nothing is perfect, & love the house. So, anything involving frying like a steak or pork chops I take it next door into the separate bldg where I keep electric skillet... "workshop".

Why doesn no one visit the fucking bathroom!!
I love the peace and serenity of the space. As for the sculpture gallery, the building was much more interesting than the sculpture. I think Frank Stella's design drifts too far into Post-Modernism for me though.
My friend Nicki Constantine once visited the glass house with her mom and dad. She told me that it was made of plastic. That true? She also, said she saw some guy piss there.
