It was so cool and heartwarming to see your reaction in the last video when you heard The Chairman of the Board for the first time. When you teared up for a moment I could tell it was genuine. Maybe it made you think of your grandfather as I thought about my pop. I grew up listening to Frank when my father who passed away played his music every weekend. It is very encouraging that someone like yourself who is from the young generation, and is part of a totally different genre of music, gave Frank's music a try, appreciated it, and loved it! Music knows NO BOUNDS! Keep it up, my friend.

So, here's what I think; I'm new to your channel, discovering it completely by accident a week ago, and I CANNOT STOP WATCHING. Why? Because my friend you are genuine. You clearly have a passion for music but importantly, you have heart, you have soul and you have an open mind. Your appreciation of older songs is addictive as you sit there like a sponge, absorbing all of this old-school music that's new to you, and enjoying it. What's refreshing is, you respect the older music genres. So good to watch. Keep doing what you're doing - my friends and I in the UK think you're great. #ComeOnNow

Ahhhhh the days of actual musicians and no auto tune........refreshing!
If Frank were alive to see this, he would take you to his best tailor and get you the best suit one can make and all that goes with it. Tie...shoes...hell he might buy you a whole closet full of them. That's the kind of guy he was and he would so appreciate that you appreciate him. Thanks again for keeping it real.
Before The Beatles, before Elvis, girls and women would lose their $h1t over Sinatra. Swarms of screaming, crying girls and women. He was the original pop music phenomena.
"he makes you feel like you knew him for years".... Wow. Perfectly put.
Terrific arrangement of a terrific song by a terrific singer.

Yes, you do feel like you've known him all your life. A great artist makes you feel like he's talking to YOU. Love the jacket! Cheers.
LOVE THAT JACKET! It's very sharp!! This song comes from the musical, "Guys and Dolls". In the movie, Frank Sinatra plays Nathan Detroit and Marlon Brandon plays Sky Masterson, who actually sings this song. Brando was not a singer but he did okay. Lots of good music comes from this musical. A LOT of musicals have great music. When Frank Sinatra was new on the scene, girls went crazy for him. They were called "Bobby Sockers" and my aunt was one of them. I can't imagine her screaming and crying.
Dude, get a Fedora. That would be a great look for your Rat Pack reactions :)
I love Frank Sinatra. He’s a class of his own. I’m a senior woman who have enjoyed listening to him for most of my life! He’s wonderful to watch! Thank you 🔥💜🔥

Oh this brought a smile to my face. Songwriters back then really killed it. They’re so clever & catchy. One of my favs is “the best is yet to come”. One of the greatest opening lyrics IMO...”Out of the tree of life I just picked me a plum”. The delivery is what does it lol. When my daughter was a toddler I had a best of Sinatra cd in the car, & before she was even really talking she was belting out the songs from the back seat. Luck be a lady tonight was one of her favorites. Love your jacket! Frank always performed in a tuxedo.

Sinatra? Well played, sir. The man is a legend. Nice suit! He does a great version of "old man river" if you want to check it out.
I watch you guys everyday. You're so amazing, everything is sincere and uplifting. I'm 42, my grampa used to dance with me standing on his feet, to this song in the backyard. He needed a big space cause he like to move and twirl. Born the same year as Frank but he died much to soon when I was still a young girl. My mom played My Way by Sinatra at his funeral and everytime I hear it, I imagine my grampa gliding across the heavens. ❤ 🕊 ✝

Frank Sinatra with that voice and all of that swag - he was the and still is - the best. When he sang a song - it was like you were in the story with him - he was that good. Loved your reaction as always - and your suit jacket too!!! Keep up the great journey - your channel is so much fun! God bless you and your brother - you are both so cool and open to all kinds of music - which is totally awesome.
Frank is my favorite - I listen to his stuff all the time. He came from humble beginnings and busted his ass dude!!
Frank had a career as a singer, actor, entertainer. that laste from 1935 until near his demise in 1998. His recordings sold 150 million copies worldwide. In most of the world, his name was recognized. Love his rediscovery by the young man and his appreciation for the genre.
ok, that is possibly the sweetest, most genuine thing I've seen in a long, long, time keep it up little brother! Oakland, Ca says HI!
I have grown to respect this older music (and I am 61). I grew up with classic rock in the 60s and 70s. But hey, one thing is evident. Frank Sinatra was the personification of cool
All I can say is I love you kid (no homo)! Your reactions are the best reactions on KZread. You're sincere, very smart, and entertaining. Awesome personality. We can tell you really do enjoy and appreciate this music. When I was your age I could never listen to Frank, and I'm Italian too, LOL. Just shows how mature and open minded you are. Love your videos -- keep em coming. God bless you bro!
Sunday’s in my home are “Sinatra Sunday’s” .. my 14 yr old son is fussy with music, but we can agree & love Sinatra so on family Sunday we only play Sinatra when we hang out or cook Sunday dinner together. It’s our common ground, & he really digs him.. & i grew up with a father whom listened nonstop to him, so the tradition carries on!
He's rolling the dice at a table in vegas
If I could only listen to one person/band... it’s Frank. Frank forever. The albums, Songs for Swingin’ Lovers and Live at the Sands are my all time favorites.
Your appreciation for music is refreshing! Keep doing your thing and seeking your dreams!
It's great to see you reacting to some of the old jazz standards. There were many great musicians back in the 40s & 50s. You can dive deep & be well rewarded. One of my favorite "crooners" of the day was Sinatra's friend, Dean Martin. Check out his "Sway." But I'd love to see you react to some of the women, too, singers like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughn, June Christy, Peggy Lee, Rosemary Clooney, (George's aunt) and so many more. But first, I'd like to introduce you to a young lady who started to sing before she could talk, & to study jazz before she could walk. She is 13 years old now. Her name is Angelina Jordan. She auditioned for Norway's Got Talent at age seven, with Billie Holiday's Gloomy Sunday, made the judges cry, & won when she was just 8 years old. She has written three original songs, covers many great artists, & makes every song her own. Check out her cover of Sinatra's Fly Me To The Moon. You can find about 100 of her performances on You Tube, & she is very generous with her work, so you won't run into a lot of copyright issues. Many reactors start out with her channeling Screamin'Jay Hawkins' I Put A Spell On You (the black & white video version) when she was just nine, because it is so spectacular. You won't believe a little girl can sing like that until you hear her. She will put a spell on you. She'll also get you a bunch of new subscribers. Her fans are fiercely loyal. kzread.info/dash/bejne/oKt6ztF8gLvgc9Y.html
Great reaction. But, some basic info on the song. This is from the musical “Guys and Dolls”. Even though Sinatra was a co-star in the movie, the lead roll was played by Marlon Brando. Brando (known more for his acting) was given the song to sing, during a scene involving a dice game. That’s why Frank simulates blowing on his dice hand in this performance. Needless to say, Frank was pissed that he didn’t get to sing the song in the movie.

Guys and Dolls was first a Broadway show that opened in 1950. Robert Alda (father to Alan Alda of MASH fame) played Sky Masterson and sang this song.
This particular song by Frank is his BEST example of a swingin’ band! Just listen.
Love the Frank suit. Way to get in the mood for his smooth songs.
Love me some smooth Sinatra!
The first time I went to Vegas in the mid 70's, I drove out there and radio stations were few and far between in the west back then. I was about 60 miles out from Vegas, searching for a radio station, and through the static came this song. I wasn't really into Sinatra at the time, but it just screamed "Vegas Baby!", I was so excited I was going about 100 mph out there in the desert. And once I got there, you'd hear it in every casino. Since then I've liked Sinatra, cool that you do too.
That jacket you're wearing is very sharp. You dressed right for the occasion. I like your reaction. You were swinging along with Frank. This song represents the big time swing sound, and nobody did it better than Frank. The older music had a different sound than today's music. It's good to see you explore a variety of music.
From the musical Guys and Dolls, Frank starred in the movie version and made it his from the start. Later Nelson Riddle rearranged for Frank in true swing style. What an era of real musicians! I really enjoy you and your channel. Thank you!

You can tell that he was a true professional and gentleman by the simple gesture of in the middle of the song he stopped singing and let the band shine before continuing with the song. As if he is showing his gratitude for being allowed to sing with such a great band. To this day Frank, Dean and Sammy, (The rat pack), were the very definition of cool and the bar of cool performers strive to attain, and few will ever reach.
You are too cold. I feel like I know you and known you for years. Thank you for being so real
Appreciating your discoveries. Thank you. Short Sinatra story:. A friend of mine once waited on Frank Sinatra in a Vegas hotel restaurant back in the mid 70s. At the end of the meal, Sinatra asked him, "What was the biggest tip you ever got?". My friend said, "$100.". Sinatra grinned and handed him $200. As he got up to leave, he asked, "Who gave you the $100?" My friend smiled and said, "You did."
One of my favorite Sinatra songs: Nobody does it better than The Chairman of The Board !!! 💕
