Got a sexual pull to someone grown, mentally mature, with secondary sex characteristics, them being socially adult in most ways important including being of your own society's age of consent? Probs attracted to an adult. It's not hard to determine that the age of consent doesn't dictate adulthood, but the capability for sexual activity within a similar age bracket because of similar mental development. Obviously a 12 year old is way mentally behind a 30 year old - so a relationship between them is highly dubious under the terms that the 12 year old isn't an adult yet. It's not that hard to define Men marrying men, women marrying women, doesn't allow for men or women to start marrying 12 year olds. C'mon, it's a gender thing, we're not bending the societal confinements of acceptable age boundaries.
