It's the same old story , I'm neutral but you can see how it all works . Stay within the same circles , involved with the same people , you scratch my back, I ll scratch yours , even if ur a failure or aren't any good, you'll always get a job in them same circles. As a Villa fan I remember Chelsea playing us off the park at times. Through this winning run they were by far the strongest team we faced. I believe Potterball was starting to get going they just lacked a goalscorer and some confidence. Potter would have got it right eventually and Chelsea are 10 times worse now under Lampard.

For approx sixty minutes and while Felix and Sterling were off the pitch Chelsea were. But for Kante and Cucurella plus Courtois, Chelsea could have grabbed the two goals before Real Madrid got their first. Once that went in Chelsea reverted to classic this season Chelsea and fell apart, Frank panicked and threw on Felix and Sterling, who offer nothing defensively and can hardly seem to string a pass at times and Real took complete control..but the first half especially had the place rocking and Real Madrid discombobulated. But hey that's Madrid. Even when a team rocks them they are the ultimate calm ballers and after ninety minutes they emerge from the carnage still standing, still winning, still on course for yet another UCL..it really is their cup. I can see Haaland being a beast and still losing. That's Madrid. They have gears and they simply wait, figure out what gear you are using and then +1 Uno reverse gear You. Glide through games like ghosts and expend the minimum energy needed to win. No more no less. It's a rare ability they have perfected under the greatest manager Don Carlo.

Very similar to what IddyBiddy has done at Villa . Sorry forget his name.... Some of these guys EARN every cent they are paid ( as with players ) . Great Players do not always become great Managers. Just look at Arsene Wenger and Jurgen Klopp. Arsene used to terrorize defenders in his native France and won so many admirers and honours with his silky skills but what did he do as a Manager. Same with Klopp. He got into the reserve team of The Bundesliga "D" division but did not use any of that knowledge when he became a Manager.
