As a Led Zeppelin fan I was quite afraid when KZread recommended me this video and I clicked it because I thought he would ruin the song, but then I started listen to him and I gotta say he did an amazing job. It requires a powerful voice and lot of courage to sing any Led Zeppelin song and this guy just did it. Respect.

I might live in a bubble, but here in Finland we have great rock and metal singers every season! For example, Celestys old singer won it a few years ago! And this year we've already got Led Zeppelin (twice), Pearl Jam, Pantera etc.. just in the first 3 episodes this season

Engagetheunseen Official A few examples of people who can coach this guy are, Paul Rodgers from Bad Company, Bruce Dickenson from Iron Maiden and Rob Halford from Judas Priest, Graham Bonnet from Rainbow and Glenn Hughes from Deep Purple. Any jackoff can be a pop singer, but to be a hard rock singer it requires a strong voice, vocal range doesn't mean a thing. Mariah Carey has more of a vocal range than Freddie Mercury, but Mariah uses generic 1 tone vibrato and auto tune while Mercury vocals are strong, authentic and capable of shattering mountains. These judges are outclassed in every way, they can't teach someone how to fly when they can barely crawl.

I'm trying to find other contestants that did metal songs since here in America we rarely has anyone come forth to even try much less pull it off. One of the best I ever saw was this kid from Finland idol several years back. I can't remember his name. Not my type of music but I appreciate the vocal skills it takes to sing a song like this. Listening to Frank made me search for the original singer of this song and WOW!! Led Zepelin is electrifying is all I can say and the vocal gymnastics of the lead singer are out of this world.
