@@major3414 he's definitely an antihero. He's basically devoid of feelings - a murderer, plain and simple, arguably a psychopath. The better discussion regarding Castle isn't hero/antihero, it's a classic debate of morals and ethics; when all is said and done, has he done the right thing? Do his actions serve the greater good? Is it justice?

I think they'll reboot it on disney+ and I would be very very surprised if they casted a different actor given how popular he is with the fans.. so have hope. Disney do real good with comic book/superhero movies.

Amazing. JB is the Punisher and just so fantastic in the role. I can’t imagine anyone else playing him. You feel all the rage, pain, heartbreak, raw brutality of this complex and flawed anti hero and he was what made DD season 2 for me and was so good in Punisher.

This is beyond powerful- what the loss of true love and absolutely nothing left to lose can do to a man; I’d imagine that Hell cannot claim you, because the drive is not sourced from Hell itself or the Heaven that was taken. But by the sheer need of power, and not the wanting to value the most incredible and most simple gift- life as it is. This is a true testament to who Castle is, the editing is fantastic, just so good. There are very few anti-hero’s I can sympathize with... Frank is one- not because of what he is or what he’s done, but because he thrives on the unknown, and he craves the pain, he thirsts for something he can never accept that’s not coming back which enables him to prove, that we are stronger than we’ll ever know. Loved this.

I tried to imagine frank castle’s pain and I just couldn’t live with it for even a second. Such a traumatic story and the pain is just unbearable

I like how in the series they explain the pain and rage he feels every day, all the time. That he's not just some murderous thug, but a man who is feeling the ultimate loss, constantly.

I know this is pretty old at the time of my comment but just had to say, absolutely beautiful tribute. Glad we've finally got confirmation that we get to see Frank again, after all these years. I swear, this man has just been slept on so hard. Jon Bernthal's Punisher is one of the best castings in the history of the MCU and possibly beyond.

This video fits my life perfectly. No matter what hell I endure for whatever reason, no matter what I've done to help others. In the end I'm alone, broken and yet fulfilled for what I did to get where I did. Thank you for this.

This is freaking awesome, I spent literally 3 days binge watching the entirety of the two seasons after getting hooked, this vid sums it up just about.

This is what a actual marine does fights for everything and will put others before himself I know it’s a tv show but it reminds me of a actual marine a corpsmen
