Interesting. The youth who was shot was 17 therefore unable to have a driver's license. So he was illegally driving a car and apparently tried to run from the police when pulled up. Sounds self inflicted to me. Yes perhaps the police officer overreacted as well. None of this is an excuse to try and burn the city down. The riots sound like it is organized just waiting for an excuse. All those arrested should be returned to where they come from including their families.

There is nothing much that Muslims can do to defend Islam in India. Partition of India brought to the fore the completely intolerant, supremacist and separatist ideology that is Isalm. The basis of Islam is the distinction between believers and non-believers. The Quran is very clear in this distinction and in how believers should treat non-believers. As many as 165 verses in the Quran out of 6500 exhort believers to either extort protection money from non-believers or slay them. And, the history of the sub-continent is a factual record of this. Then comes Islam’s idea of women empowerment. Women are treated as properties … as field which their men folk can plough to their satisfaction. Muslims gloat over how Islam freed woman from slavery but in reality, except the re-marriage of widows, there is nothing wonderful that Islam gives woman. They are second-class humans as far as Islam is concerned. Misogyny rules, Next, is the concept of slavery. Islam does not forbid slavery including keeping sex slaves. Last is the intolerance to apostacy. The Quran is very clear and explicit in its denouement regarding apostates. They have to be slain. In short, Islam was a cult meant for the seventh century Arab tribes and had nothing new to teach mankind. Its practices are all plagiarized from other religions including, Judaism, Christianity, Zoaroastrianism and Animism. It should not have left the deserts of Arabia. This is what ex-Muslims have to contend with. Sachwala is not only and Aalim but he is a scholar of Arabic. He spent years in SaudiA with clergymen. He is very adept at deciphering the text of the Quran. He does not depend on sugar-coated translations of the Quran into Urdu which is what majority of the clergy and Mullahs depend on. He exposes the hypocrisy of the Ulema and their lack of knowledge of the original text of the Quran. Sachwallah has laid bare the fact that Mohammad is absent in the Quran. It is the biggest surprise for Muslims who have always believed that the Quran was transferred from Allah almighty to Prophet Mohammad. Sachwallah has proved that this is false because the Quran does not mention Mohammad by name at all and even the four times he is mentioned he is shown to have been dead by the time the Quran was written down. Next, Sachwallah also successfully paints the picture of the Nabi (Prophet) as a person who is surrounded by woman of all kinds. He has laid bare Islam’s obsession with sex and woman. While ordinary Muslims, already indoctrinated from childhood to believe that Mohammad was the ideal they should follow, cannot comprehend this, the Ulema and the so-called scholars have no defence to the arguments put forth by Sachawallah. Adam Seeker is a Pakistani-born ex-Muslim. He has immense knowledge of the scriptures. But, more importantly, he is very well educated about the history and origin of Islam and its appropriation and derogatorization of ideas lifted from other faiths of that time. Unlike Sachawallah, who focuses on the Quran and its text to debunk Islam, Adam Seeker brings in historical data to buttress his claims against Islam. He is also much younger than Sachwallah and very feisty. Sahil is the only ex-Muslim along with Sameer, who has revealed his identity and openly challenges Muslims and their Mullahs. Being a youngster, his opponents in debates, the long white beards have a tendency to thumb him down but that is where they are slippery slope. he does not lose his cool, does not couner-abuse them like Adam Seeker but goes on the job of demolition of his opponents with logic and knowledge. It is noteworthy that these three ex-Muslims along with a host of others have been hammering away at Islam and they have collected a huge fan base. I keep listening to them on their KZread channels and they make mincemeat out of the ignorant but self-important Muslim scholars. Their knowledge of Islamics texts is so profound that the Mullahs are now fearful of coming to debate with them. The effect of their campaign is so profound that every day newer and newer Muslims are leaving Islam. However, keeping in view the very nasty repercussions that these new-ex-Muslims have to face once they announce their apostacy, a lot many of them are silent ex-Muslims. So, there is no visible apostatizing by Muslims followers of these ex-Muslims but the undercurrents are very strong. This is causing a lot of anxiety among the clergy and the recent controversy surrounding the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind chief Mahmood Madani was also a result of the fear of the churn within the Muslim community with youngsters just leaving their faith in droves. All in all, it is too early for Islam to disappear from India very soon. After all, Muslims have been indoctrinated from their birth by self-styled self-serving politicians like the Owaisis and the wily Ulema. The ex-Muslims movement in India is in its infancy and it will need constant chipping away of the fundamentalist ideology of Islam in India. As the ex-Muslim movement makes headway, more and more Muslim youth will either leave Islam or tone down their religiosity. This will be overall good for Muslims as this could lead to decrease in radicalization and separatism among Muslim community, which is the need of the country at this stage.

If the same happens to a non brown or non black man or even woman, old or adolescent, nobody talks about it ! That's discrimination or is it racism ?

No it's not "clear" as you say because unlike the original video where you can see and hear the cops screaming (one saying that he's going to put a bullet in the kid's head, and the other inticing him to do so by shouting "shoot him!", all that while the car is stopped already), this report shows nothing of what actually transpired at the scene. Several witnesses have reported that the teen has lost control of the car after being hit several time in the head with a gun by the same cop who shot him a few seconds later. People are "spreadind chaos" because a child is dead, sure he was being foolish driving without a license, but he was still someone's child and he was murdered and then the cops LIED to cover their a.ses, not knowing they had been recorded

If you don’t know his mother already told the rioters that she only blames the police men and not the whole of police department. And pleaded them to stop the riot. Nothing and when I say nothing can justify this kind of violence. You won’t see riots like these in places like Saudi or UAE which has the most strict immigration laws. Why do people riot for a criminal? Would they riot for a white French criminal who got shot? I doubt it. I doubt that the French would riot for a white criminal either, they would not even riot for a white NON criminal who got stabbed by a migrant....which happens....a lot in Europe. That does not even make the big news papers anymore. It's worth a side note in a small local paper only. No-one gives a shit. Violence by migrants is our daily bread in the big cities. Cologne New Years eve 2015 was a nice collection of footage of why the police focusses on migrants of arabic descend more often. I had my fair share of harassment in other places. People from these backgrounds cause a lot of trouble. Strangely people migrating from Finnland, the US, India, China, Japan, Australia the United States (no matter what color) do not behave like this therefore the police won't be focussed on them, even if they look different. It's not a race problem it's a culture and class problem. People just happen to look differently. It's the lower class from very backwards thinking countries that is causing a ton of trouble and making sure that people who were once left cannot stand by their ideology anymore.

According to the autopsy he received 2 gun cross hit in the head before. it was a automatic car, if you release the brakes the car goes off. According to a witness in the car, he lost control of the brakes after getting hit in the head. The car start and the cop shot and the bullet ended in the chest. On the video, when the car is stopped the cop say "I will put a bullet in your head" and his colleague say "shoot him". At first people thought he panicked but after the autopsy and witness testimony it appears that the cop hit on his head provoked the loss of control of the car brakes

Which made him lose control of the brakes (it's an automatic car if you release the brake the car automatically start). Everything is wrong on the cop side and other cops also confirmed he didn't follow the procedure at all for arresting a dangerous driver.

The situation should be investigated by professionals. Period. But the war-like riots take place for a whole other reason. They use this incident as an excuse. That explains the crime statistics, the many knife attacks by people of those backgrounds the media plays down where they can to keep the piece in Germany and turn the people in puppets who say nothing. No-one riots when once again another person in Germany has been stabbed on a train by a migrant. In fact if you say that this person should go to prison in his own country, they call you a Nazi or a racists. What ever unsuitable term they can find to shut you up. I would be surprised if it was any different in France. If germans were rioting every time a citizen gets stabbed by a person of muslim descend no mosque would be standing here anymore. THIS IS THE REASON The biggest crime in all this sad story is how the media decided to present the information. Instead of reporting facts relevant to the situation "in a regrettable incident, a young driver got shot after refusing to stop to the police. The had a documented history of dangerous driving and resisting police arrest (in as many as 15 instances). Luckily no bystander got harmed." The media decided to say: "a young man of 17 was shot by the police, he was of Algerian decent", letting people then following the implication in the statement. The only reason they didn't say outright "a young man of 17 was shot by the police BECAUSE he was of Algerian decent", is because it would then be too obvious they are trying to manipulate the opinions. This sad situation had nothing to do with race and everything to do with behaviour. Both lying by omission, and inciting people to riot are crimes, and the media clearly committed both via the utterly unprofessional, polarising, and biased way they covered this story.

A lot of this people has been in France for two, three generations... They're born there, have been raised there, went to school there, they often don't know any other language than french. They cannot simply "go back home", they're at home, even if there is racism and if they are discriminated against.

The police usually don't stop the vehicle to check. instead they park 2 security vans in both sides of the road. These vans are technically highly equipped with the entire security system. Any vehicle which pass by these vans are being x-rayed fully. even a safety pin in the vehicle is being scanned. then, if the security police detect any suspectable object in the vehicle they inform & will be followed & be examined thoroughly. When they do this, according to the norms, the driver has to cooperate with the police completely without provoking them. If the driver continues to drive against the police alarm to stop, then he/she is highly suspected of carrying highly dangerous objects which could be a threat to numerous human lives and cause damage to property. the police need to act suddenly. they are expected to stop the intruder by all means to save the people. Here this teenager of Moroccan-Algerian origin continued to drive against the police alarm to stop the vehicle, that too as a minor without a license. The fact that he drove on a route where only school-bus/city-bus-service/tourist-buses can go is also a reason for the added tension to the police. Whatever personal reasons we have, we cannot drive as we please on public roads, and it is this driver who created the suspicious situation. Over the past few years, the French have witnessed several attacks by Mu/sli/m extremist groups within the country, which has led to an anti-immigrant-(anti Mu-sli-m immigrant) sentiments among some local french.

Nothing to do with what's happening now. She wasn't kill by a cop or any "legal" representant. It's just an awful crime where a murderer killed someone. The murderer is behind bars. There are unfortunately plenty of crimes... (and the parents of Lola asked that the death of their daughter is not instrumentalized).

Then let me respectfully suggest Moslems migrate to Islamic countries like, say for instance, the United Arab Emirates ( that do not want them), or Saudi Arabia which grudgingly accepts a few. The reality is, despite discrimination, Western countries arguably are more accepting of Moslems. Angel Markel was more than generous. Then came the riots and everything else that followed. Unfortunately when one migrates or is assimilated into a culture or society, it isn’t unusual for problems to arise. But peaceful attempts should be made by community leaders to find amicable solutions. Where are the Mullahs, Imams, Islamic Scholars in all this? I haven’t seen any publicized, trying to intervene. Where are the Moslem scholars and Imams of other societies who can use their knowledge of Islam to appeal to the rioting Moslems in France? And don’t tell me there aren’t any. There’s also the context of when The West destroys Islamic countries, the fallout begins and refugees head for countries that they think will help them. Unfortunately this is a catch 22. If you’re Moslem, think of your behavior and how you can best contribute to solving the problem. I don’t know who’s right or who’s fair. But I know for a fact what’s happening right now will end in bitterness and resentment.

I think the problem is more to do with the culture of their original countries and not Islamic teaching per se. If you think that this is representative of Muslims as a whole, the situation in many other Muslim-majority countries like Indonesia and Malaysia would prove you wrong. It could also be that the ones flocking to Europe happen to be those that prefer to use “shortcuts” (crime) to get ahead. Another possibility is the reality of living conditions in these areas. Could it be that they are being discriminated against in school, at work and other public spaces? It’s one thing to provide refuge but as a country you need to ensure that you can realistically support these people if you choose to let them stay.

You mean as a french, I should go drive without licence in Algeria, resist arrest 5 times, sell and consume drugs etc... Well ok, but I think their justice is not as shitty as ours in France, I d be jailed or shot by the algerian police on the first try.

The riot was based on more about uneven population and discrimination but less concern with teen demise. Due to conduct of police, I remember the Italian film called "Diaz" which i watched as a teen in 2010, and Paris Commune when see France in such situation.....
