perhaps the french government needs to tell its law enforcement they are free and be trigger happy. otherwise, criminals will continue to be emboldened.criminals should not have the same rights as ordinary citizens.

According to Europe 1, the fugitive, Mohamed Amra was accused 19 times between ages of 11-14, mainly for violence, theft and extortion. All these facts were systematically dismissed. No criminal prosecution. ( poor guards they weren`t armored to protect themselves at that time)
