@@josephastier7421 i was involved in the rescue of two horses, separate incidents, but same place, 20 yards a part maybe. in both cases, the vets arrived about 20 minutes after we did, i was with a fire crew, the horse (in both cases) seemed fine, oh they had both fallen some 30-40 feet from a path to the edge of a river, the riders were both messed up, major brain injury on the one gal, broken bones etc,, the second was banged up id say, but not hurt, i ran a wildland engine (forest fires) this is northern california. we were told to stay and assist the vet and heli crew with the "pick" , the vet gave it a tranquillizer ,vet said it was a mild does, but you could see it calm down, it was pretty mellow anyway, but it then started to turn and look at us, we had our wildland gear on, which a bright yellow, had a lot of pink to from having been hit twice the week prior from airtankers with retardant. btw, im just describing the one that was the worst, brain injury. the hourse had seemed more frightened of us than the river or the fall. anyway, the water was to fast to cross, and the embankment to steep, so they got the helicopter, they harnesed it up, put a full blinder hood, couldnt see anything. and when it first lifted, it swung its legs a bit, then just relaxed and went for a ride. the other time, was reenacted for an old tv show called rescue 911 hosted by william shatner , ive seen it on youtube, so im sure itcan be found, auburn cal has a horse endurance comp.. 100 miles from truckee to auburn over the sierra nevada mountains, not as easy as youd think on horseback.

A heart-breaking sight, all those football-pitches gone !. You can see that what's left of the turf, that they've been well looked after, too !. Well done with the horse, though, I would've liked to have seen a hood on it as that might'vd prevented it's initial bucking - THAT was the moment I was afraid for it!

E pensare che io in quel campo ci ho giocato 4 mesi prima che succedesse il disastro. Mi dispiace molto sia per la squadra che per il campo perché era il più bello del campionato

Hier scheint niemand auch nur annähernd den Gedanken zu verfolgen, es könnten noch weitaus größere Bereiche der Umgebung abrutschen ! Im Gegenteil...hier wird - typisch italienisch ( wie in diesem Beispiel ) ausgiebig diskutiert...der Verkehr rollt unbeirrt und niemand befürchtet auch nur annähernd eine noch viel größere Katasthrophe...! Und Landrutschungen in dieser Größenordnung werden in einem ungeahnten Maß zunehmen...!

That poor horse probably broke it's tail. That strap was in the wrong place, it should have gone between the back legs. All that weight carried on one fragile bone. They don't have a lot of movement in their tails, so they can't carry it in that position, except for Arabians which have 2 less vertebrae and can do. At the end when the straps were removed, it's tail never went back down again into the usual place. I feel sorry for it.

E che cavolo sempre a cercare l’ago nel pagliaio. Nel 95 per cento degli altri paesi l’avrebbero lasciato li a crepare o ne avrebbero fatto bistecche 🥩. Cavallo in pericolo - salvataggio - applauso e punto.

Я ДУМАЮ ЭТО плохая идея хорошая хозяином для людей любящих ленивых голову одна голосуйте лучшие предложения для председателя совета директоров компании.

Me la ricordo, ora il campo rimasto viene usato per far correre i cani, è vicino ad una ciclabile/pedonale che parte dal paese di Casola. Vicino alla strada c'è un grande parcheggio con la piadineria Lori.
