Greetings of the day. Aap accha samjha rahi hai par kuch points students ke point of view se thoda aur clarify kar diya kariye jaise : 1.Magistrate warrant case mein Discharge ke liye empowered nahi hai. Is case mein sec.3(2)(5) of SC ST act laga hai which deals which cases under IPC serving minimum ten year imprisonment but aapne apni speech mein bataya ki informant ne police ko bataya ki member belonging to schedule category was address with offensive words. This was not the case. Aapki class se bahut faida hota hai but aur jyada faida pahuch sakta hai maine aur interview mein with correct descriptions and facts.

Under Section 32 of the Advocate's Act, 1961 if a client does not want to hire an advocate on record in the Supreme Court of India or High Court or Lower Court the client can file and argue his/her case in court with the prior permission of the court.
