Can you address common SEO issues that only pertain to Framer sites. e.g. low text to HTML ratio, uncached and uncompressed javascript and CSS files, pages have more than one h1 tags etc.

I uploaded my images without re-naming them, I would like to know If I need to upload them again with different naming or I can just add alt text. Thank you

File name doesn't matter. Just make sure to set alt text.
