清香班兰蛋糕 100%纯天然鲜绿色(全蛋打发,无泡打粉)

口感非常柔软蓬松,清香班兰口味,采用100%纯天然鲜绿色的班兰浓汁,全蛋打发法,不加泡打粉。
材料:
4颗鸡蛋(size L,室温)
60克细砂糖
100克蛋糕粉/ 低筋面粉
30毫升班兰浓汁
20毫升浓椰浆
放入预热烤箱以150°C烘烤40-45分钟
Tips:
◉ 20毫升浓椰浆可以用10-15毫升食用菜油替代

我用的8寸四方模具,然后椰奶就是普通的没买浓缩的,白糖50克,做出来很适合小孩子吃,微微甜,没有油油的感觉,就是吃起来绵密。但是对我一个甜食爱好者来说怎么样还是不比加了油的好吃😹 然后我个人也觉得分开蛋白打发的话口感应该会更轻盈吧!下次做给自己吃的可以多加点黄油或者玉米油,糖也可以多加点😋😋

I tried it but the cake did not rise much. Maybe because I did not beat the batter for so long like 15 mins. But I must say the pandan flavour is so superb! Best ever, the natural pandan flavour! So the cake still taste great! Thanks for sharing this tip!

我是用新鲜浓椰浆,不会干。 椰浆也可以用食用菜油替代。
