Could you use a water based gel to control where the electricity burns the wood? And possibly burn pictures or words into the wood?

i've done skulls and things by drawing it then made grooves in the lines and put the baking soda water in the grooves with a dropper just take your time so the water doesn't spread too far beyond the lines
