Right FM3 is FAR cheaper (value) IF you consider all the different sounds you can get out of the FM3.

How the F have you only got 46 (now 47) subscribers? Your playing is amazing. They both sound good, but the FM3 sounds better to me. Clearer tones.

They sound about the same. Neural failed by not including their clearly exceptional plug-ins in their flagship QC. For 99.999% of players, including many pro's, the new FM9 is all you would ever need. It have more DSP power and floor switches than the FM3- all in one package. It also a better editor than the FM3. It is very close to Fractals flagship product (almost $3k w/needed controllers and extras), the AxeFX III. You can run nearly all the same patches between the FM9 and AxeFXIII. By contrast this is not true at all with the FM3. If you simply need some outstanding PI's for playing at home e.g., jamming to backing tracks, Neural makes the best IMO. If I needed a very solid floor unit (I do), I would get on the FM9 waitlist (I did- 1 years ago and counting.) 😪

@@roryt1983 this video has been enhanced in some way too or something, i have neural dsp and it sounds nothing like this and is not like im using cheap stuff i have motu ultralite mk5 $600 interface and Genelec speakers which is $1400 the pair, sounds nothing like this video. I do not have an FM3 but if is going to sound like neural dsp then that sucks lol in this video the fm3 sounds better tho the stupid backing track he used makes it more difficult to hear, he makes a comparison with a stupid backing track, there should be nothing in the back

Nice! Excellent picking dynamics man. Personally I can't get over the Neural stuff. The FM3 is starting to sound a bit out dated in my ears. ;)
