When I can't pray or study I just listen to these videos and God picks me up from the dirt into which I daily fall.

Father Leo Clifford was called home by our Lord. He lived near me in New York. Did you know that he just started making these reflections with no known to him way of them ever being seen before youtube. The Holy Spirit was at work here and a connection was made with the largest global Catholic network EWTN. They are still played daily on that network at 3:20 PM between the Divine Mercy Chaplet and before the Rosary.

I act as if he lives, and I try to listen to him daily. He had so much to share with us, and yet, God took him home. I believe he suffered a great deal. May he now rest in peace. Thank you for sharing Linda, God bless you.

He is the smartest man I ever heard he perfectly summed up that virtue in such a way to help me understand even the words Christ Jesus did and that was to empty ourselves to be a servant empty ourselves for souls like him. Thank you thank you father Leo I pray God has this simple wisdom spread everywhere.

Fr. Leo’s moral message about the virtue of Humility can be a moral lesson. I remember few years ago, one of my Catholic priests told me about the virtue of Humility and how it’s the mother of all virtues. It’s like in the Gospel of Saint Luke 18:9-14. The Pharisee and the tax collector.

There are some thoughts which however old they are, are always new. Either because they're so broad that we never thoroughly learn them or because they are so intensely practical that their interest is always absorbing 1:56 🔥🔥

What a wondrous Love, "Humility" teaches!Oh and Shakespeare got it wrong because Jesus "traveled" these roads and according to many, including the Disciples, and witnesses, Jesus returned. (And will return again!).So we all look forward to our ultimate perfect salvation, once we have accomplished our "journey!"

Dear Father, Jesus rose above Shakespeare! He thus gave us all a much more positive vision than the negative outcome given by Shakespeare!Think about it! (I honestly say that with true humility). 👍👍👍

Like every other talk or book on humility I ever heard or read, it is long on telling us how wonderful humility is, and very short on telling us how to get it.

George Penton It's given to you. To be broken and crushed down is a great gift insofar as it lays the foundation within us for humility. And humility lays the foundation for all virtue that follows it. To foster it, independently? Thoroughly examine your conscience daily and make restitution or penance for any way in which your service faltered. Better yet, obey. Offer yourself as a living sacrifice to Lord, holy and pleasing to God. A broken spirit and a contrite heart he will not despise.

George Penton what? Really I felt he summed it up perfectly to empty yourself and be a servant deny yourself your desires for others whether it's rest whether it's warmth or food to feed another to hasten to every task that is good to deny time for yourself for prayer and contemplation in the Bible denying yourself pleasure I know it's hard to do because I too am learning but I hope this helps.

"Learn of me for I am meek and humble of heart" said the Man Who ran away from home at age 12, insulted religious and political leaders, and went around claiming to be God. Folks, I don't doubt Jesus's divinity or His holiness, but in what way, shape, or form is Kesis even remotely humble?
