I'm an old dude I've never been looked down on when I was a younger flyer. I don't care to hang out with most seasoned flyers. They're snooty, know it alls full of their own superiority, too engrossed with the hobby to know anything about life except rc flying. I don't really care what you've stuffed your plane with.... I didn't ask you nor did I ask for tips and tricks. I can get all that and more for the asking on forums. As such I prefer to fly alone.

I actually prefer to either fly alone or with my son. The local flying club (AMA) is all plane and heli guys who seem to hate their own lives almost as much as they do drone pilots.

Glad you guys released a roughly current video; I've always been into model aviation and have been courting the FPV idea since before it was technologically viable, but I've been fairly uninvolved the last few years (flying real ones instead) I'm not totally clear on how the bans worked out. Everyone seems fairly optimistic, which is encouraging, but as I understood goggle based FPV was blanket banned in the states. Was that not ultimately the case? I'd certainly rather fly that way. IIRC, the law was register >0.55 lbs, Line of Sight only, 400 ft ceiling. Given that, are unregistered,

Hey Flight Test Happy New Year 2021 I hope you guys make an updated fpv episode and show how it connects into a RC plane. Going through it all, I understand how it works but cause we don't have a hobby shop local. I have no idea how it actually connects or what connectors I would need to buy. As everything is online! I don't want to have to buy things just to solder and change around wires. Buying this circuit board or that guessing as I go cause store pages just show parts not what goes with it. The industry is getting better but there is still a lot of guess work in making your own craft.

Not only cheaper but the learning experience u get by building ur own gives u a better understanding of what ur flying because with this hobby ur gonna crash and damage stuff. So you'll need to learn to fix ur self to stay in the air. Believe me the knowledge u gain from this hobby goes in so many directions with technology, aeronautics, radio frequencies, electronics engineering, programming, photography, etc... Most importantly the thrill of flying at insane speeds and in close proximity. Have fun!!!

Great video guys, very informative and presented with panache. On the plus side, my selection of the Eachine has now been confirmed as a good choice however buyers should bear in mind that this device does require the 'RP-SMA' type receiver connectors

Flying alone is AMAZING! No one to tell you that you are flying too high, flying too low, flying the wrong way or holding their hand out for money! Same goes for cars, boats and pretty much any RC adventure! Unless you are RCSparks on KZreadGOLD!
