chris has admitted that when his hair is long he uses a weave... as a matter of fact in the early days he ALWAYS used a weave, he never had really long natural hair like he used to have in the ring

You're off just a little. All of the backing vocals are recorded. Keep in mind I'm listening to this on my phone outside a gas station. I'm not claiming to be a sound professional but I have a good ear and a surface knowledge of the board. (35 years of metal shows have killed some of that ear :D ) But I can still pick apart the layers of sound and this is my best guess without actually being at the show. While Bas is an asshole I do agree with him on the message just not the target. Playing to ANY recorded track puts the entire performance in question. Artists need to stop doing this.

Jericho's mic is much quieter than the backing vocals.. hard to tell which part he's actually singing.. still love the song and I remember watching Jericho when wrestling was good (attitude era)

the bass player singing backup . I played for years in bars local , that is common to back up the vocals . The sound is also off because a cell phone is not a good audio recording device without a good eg and mix program .

cell phone , cam corder , unless your running a good mixing program and inputs your still not going to capture the sound fully . I use to use a 4 track with 2 stereo inputs and condensers and you can still get drop out .

The backup sounds too much like the original vocal recording in the studio version of this single. The device did capture that much sufficiently. Just one person singing backup live wouldn't sound so enhanced. Jericho's very own vocals were played back by the live sound technician during the chorus. The verses were all him though.

Musician here. Jericho's mic seems a bit low. The bass player is singing every "second" vocal track you hear. Since it's a handheld (non-pro) recording, you don't hear things as clearly as they should be (bass mix sounds low, probably isn't) - Also, make note. There are four microphones on stage. They use them. In another video of them playing this live, both guitar players, bass, and Jericho sing the chorus at once.

I'm here after learning about the whole Sebastian Bach thing. After watching a few of these live performances I'm gonna say he's definitely not lip synching. His mic is just very quiet, which is equally bad for a rock band frontman but not necessarily Jericho's fault. A lot of artists do this, in my experience it was Eminem. He plays the back track and then sings over it, but when he raps you can clearly hear his voice. You can't hear Jericho at all.

Okay, here it is laid out: In the beginning of the song, Chris Jericho is singing the low part and one of the backup vocalists are singing the high part. The backup vocalists, which are the bassist AND guitarist, are singing when you hear vocals in the chorus at points when Chris Jericho is not singing, if you listen carefully you can tell it's a voice different then Chris's, and there's a slight change in pitch when Chris returns. You hear Chris Jericho clearly in the second verse singing by himself, his mic is low so it's harder to hear him but you can hear him well enough to hear that he's singing on pitch, so cut out this "lip-syncing" bullcrap. You can hear at 3:45 that his voice goes off tune a little, and it's the same volume as you hear his voice the entire chorus, so that can't be a backtrack. There's three vocalists, no backtrack. Get it?
