I’ve been a long time fan of fox stevenson (since his Endless EP) and he has definitely ascended into a whole new creative realm on his debut album. Killjoy is definitely one of my favorites of the year, if not all time.

This album was awesome and I really enjoyed the review!

there will be remixes by Fox Stevenson of his album tracks, which will be heavier, more club dancefloor versions

Would have worn a Fox shirt if I had one :p the idea is that they both do colour bass music and they’re managed by the same guy

Honestly, Id say Miss You, Peace of Mind and Out on My Own fall flat compared to Killjoy, the way Fox was able to switch up styles so much in the album, mastering every one of them, whilst keeping such a flow and creating such an amazing story, with songs that can still be incredible on their own, its simply unmatched. Killjoy is easily my favourite album of all time

Definitely one of my favorite albums of the year. Really loved Out My Head, Dreamland, Go Like, Headlights, and Cavelier. My least favorite was probably California which could have been good but chorus is too repetitive. Also been following Fox since Comeback, which is still an amazing song

Id say my favorite is the Firepower Records era for sure. Idk love the hard yet melodic and over the top kinda way he wrote back then.

album was amazing, fox can take any music and make it sound good

Interesting I like California, Cavalier and Use me Cavalier is definitely a favorite for me I love how he tried bringing more live instruments into his album and his performances Which feels modern. Lots of other artists are experimenting with the same stuff. (also rock x edm/trap x hip hop/rap) Of course you can make songs more poppy with this, but that's not neccessarily a bad thing. Might broaden the horizont of pop listeners even ^^ There are so many pop songs out there that you can't listen to 10 times ^^ Or that aren't original/good.

Biggest favorites are similar to yours Go Like, Broken man, Dreamland, Out of my head, All Night, Cavalier Perfect Lie and Use me are also nice

the track killjoy is a nice interlude while listening to the full album but it's not a song I start listening to intentionally because the energy is missing ^^ It's an athmosphere, a feeling of some sort
