You voted for them, and because your vote matters, here they are, the top eight Fox Kids Saturday morning cartoons of the 90's (out of the ones that can be shown on KZread without copyright issues).
This is a compilation video I put together using footage of commercials and episodes from shows that played on Saturday mornings (from eight in the morning to noon) on Fox Kids in the early 90's. It isn't based on any particular year (in fact, the shows and commercials are from throughout the 90's) but rather somewhat inspired by Fox Kids TV Takeovers of the 90's, where kids could vote for their favorite shows to be played. Certain shows (like X-Men: The Animated Series and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to name a few) can't be used for copyright reasons. These shows were substituted with other great cartoons and shows that played on Fox Kids around the same time. Think of it as a retro remix or a bootleg Saturday morning broadcast.
This is the thirty-fourth Saturday morning cartoon compilation video I've uploaded like this, as well as the third themed video. As I stated in my update video and in other video descriptions, it will also be the final regularly uploaded video like this, so don't expect another one this Saturday. I thought a fun way to close this out would be to hold a poll and let viewers decide which shows they wanted to watch, while also returning to Fox Kids as a nice way to bookend this series of videos. The TV Takeover event Fox Kids used to run was just too perfect not to use, even though it's technically a Thanksgiving thing. I've sprinkled in a lot of commercials from it from throughout the years as well. I was pretty happy with the shows people chose, they're a lot of solid choices from a wide variety of years. In a way, each show represents a different part of Fox Kids. The shows are played as a countdown from eighth place to first place, with the most popular last. As for future videos and the future of this KZread channel, I think I'd like to do one compilation a month (as opposed to the four to five a month I've been doing), but I haven't really decided on anything. There's a couple more Saturday morning videos I'd like to make, so stay tuned, and especially keep your eyes peeled in October and December. As is always the case, I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did making it.
