If you have it ending on 18:30 it will still discharge during that minute (up to 18:30:59) so if you want it to end at 18:30 you need to set it at 18:29. Something I discovered during the last octopus saving session.

I got “ No Valid Verified SN “ error while registering. What to do ?

My inverter firmware inverter has been updated on request thanks to knowledge from previous comments. However the mode scheduler keeps returning an error code "44098, write failure". Any ideas? I've contacted fox but don't expect a reply for some time.

I can set up forced discharge using the mode scheduler but when I try to add a forced battery charge at different times, I get a message asking me to check whether times are overlapping. I can't see a button to press to say no overlap, The settings are not saved. Any suggestions please?

Make sure your slot is not going over midnight. you will have to break the slots into two one ending at 23:59 and then starting at 00:01.

Mode Scheduler is greyed out. I have a H1-6.0-E inverter with HV2600 batteries. Is the inverter/battery capable (nothing useful in the data sheets)? Where do I find this out?

will be one of two things, 1. you have normal charge windows setup or 2. you aren't on the latest firmware required. Please to your installing about upgrading your firmware.

I concur… exact same issue with the scheduler greyed out. I just had a new system installed and it had obviously shipped with old firmware. I had to ring Fox ESS support line (pretend to be an installer or it makes you send an email instead)… the support tech could check firmware from his end and then was able to run an update over the cloud for me… all working now. I guess the app will show new features from time to time but these will be tied to new firmware releases. My only gripe is that the app won’t auto refresh data so you have to pull down each window to manually do this.

Trying to change the work mode for my Mira HV setup but it requires a password which I don't know/have. Any assistance please?

Password is YOUR login password for the fox app not a special fox password.
