Fbi only want big cases if it's not big enough they don't care it seems. Or they are only working drug cases. I have reported 6 cases; loan fraud, ppl fraud, a guy pretending he owns my condo and renting it and taking the money, an we don't have the condo for rent, a realtor making up repc agreements and taking double commissions on 1 transaction, the title company not having co owners sign. You name it I have seen it FBI do nothing. Has nothing to do with religion as many of these people involved are not LDS.

He did wrong by doing what he wasn’t supposed to do. Then he needs to be held accountable either fix what he did wrong or loose his assets and lock him up after all of his possessions are returned to the those people.

Wow, how is it that he is not being investigated for grand theft?

I hope these families get their homes back. Hopefully, this title company owner gets prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Theft should be theft. Criminals charges of theft should be filed against this man.

It's possible that the bad guy needs to be charged and sentence for crimes against the couple who trusted him

Similar thing happened to me but it was done by the builder. When I seen the forged deeds recorded at the register of deeds I went to the police and the county and no one would touch it! It wasn't until the banks got involved did they start to act... ignored the little guy! It's a shame and I believe people in the county were in on the scam too!

Regulations are essential but so are investigations and decisive actions to pursue criminals. It seems there is no accountability anywhere in the US these days. A title agent is a real estate professional. They work for a real estate lawyer, & help them in regards to abstracting, creating title reports & commitments, administrating escrow accounts & real estate closings -& are subject to state commissioners.

MORE Cracks than you know ~ I am still fighting - On Nov 2021 I received a Pay-Off settlement sheet from my Mortgage Company - We scheduled Closing for Dec 28th, On the 28th in the Morning, we were notified that the Loan was Sold to a new Mortage company - The Closing was delayed until the 6th of January - the New Mortgage company claimed we owed 58K more than the previous company stated, claiming they were entitled to new origination fees and since I was selling the home within 1 year of the new mortgage company buying the loan we have to pay an early payoff penalty - WE DID NOT INITIATE THE TRANSFER OR THE SALE OF THE LOAN - Then when we closed and we sold it on Jan 6th, 2022 it took the new mortgage company 3 months to pay off the original mortgage - and AND they reported me to the credit agency for 6 months as not paying my mortgage - Saying I didn't Pay Jan, Feb, Mar, April, May o rJune Mortage even sending a Forclosure notice to the New OWNERS!!!!

This individual broke the law many times over. He is a criminal. How can the bank claim any ownership or liens when the owner's signatures were forged? They can't. The bank needs to have this thief prosecuted and seek their money from him. The owners didn't borrow the money, someone who never had ownership did, so the home owners still own the home since they didn't sign any documents and received zero money from the loan based on fake documents. Time to get lawyers and seek help from the courts.
