Tbh, it’s actually a great look. Madden team would have been okay with mid tier excellence ( if you can call whatever they put out excellence) or even just the excuse of how long it’s been boiling. If you work hard on something typically last minute edits and final polishes do nothing but make a product better. Chris heard some play backs and wasn’t satisfied. Meaning hard work and intentionality is being placed on this project. Madden team would have NEVER went into this much detail on voice lines even with the time they have spilled over each year. -multiple announcers -energy that appropriately matches special moments -realism and awareness to what is actually happening in a game instead of the same three voice lines that recycle thru a game sesh of just two/three dynasty games in madden 24 lol. I’m excited and this is actually great news but we are all skeptical of ea and so I totally understand your hesitation and disbelief in this companies ability to produce a good game.
