Abandoned. I doubt these kittens were abandoned by their mom, not willingly anyway. Something happened to her to make her leave. Maybe she got hit by a car or died of some illness. Maybe she was attacked by a dog or some other predator. May Animal Control grabbed her. Regardless of their mom's fate, these little guys are lucky to be alive. 🕊️

"Mom abandoned" bs, like there's no Father. Like you'll was there.😒 Like most times you'll just rescue the babies and do not care to take the TIME to CATCH MOM but LOVE to LAY BLAME AT HER FEET ALONE!😒

This 2 minute video is hardly the sum total of the rescue. They know full well how to take time waiting for Mom to return, when it is not obvious what happened to her.
