Welcome back to BetterAvecBourbon! Today we’re going to be making 4 "berry" fun whiskey sour variations! We’ve made a whiskey sour before, but never so colourful! Flavours will include cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and blackberry. In terms of ingredients you’ll need lemon juice, bourbon (something easy drinking like Buffalo Trace), rich simple syrup, your fresh fruit berries.
Recipes
Strawberry Whiskey Sour
- 2 ounces whiskey sour
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rich simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 4 strawberries
- 3 strawberries for garnish
Raspberry Whiskey Sour
- 2 ounces whiskey sour
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rich simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 5-7 raspberries
- 3 raspberries for garnish
Blackberry Whiskey Sour
- 2 ounces whiskey sour
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rich simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 4 blackberries
- 3 blackberries for garnish
Cherry Whiskey Sour
- 2 ounces whiskey sour
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce maraschino syrup
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 3 maraschino cherries for garnish
