@@haotangIf we get to meet him.🙂 Four Seasons at West Lake is another location we like. The GM and other management staffs unexpected joined us on a bike ride around the lake when we informed them of our intentions. It was very much a surprise.

Great review! You should give the Ritz Carlton Osaka a try. Still one of my favorite properties in Japan. It may not have the contemporary Aman look, but it has a classic and traditional style that I still think is somewhat timeless. The club is fantastic and of course the service is top notch!

Very helpful. My family and I will be staying at this hotel in June. We’ll also be going to the Four Seasons Kyoto and the Four Seasons Seoul as part of our family vacation. Any thoughts on those two hotels?

Nice and I hope you guys will enjoy it. Four Seasons Kyoto doesn't have my favorite hard products as it's a bit aged now. BUT, their service is great and of course very family friendly. I send families there often and never an issue. But make sure you get a room/suite with Garden View. I think the next Six Senses is being built nearby and the city view might have you looking at a construction site. I just had happy clients there. No issues with noise or anything (they are in garden view suite). FS is best in Seoul then Park Hyatt. But Seoul isn't an impresive luxury hotel market.

I am planning to stay at a four seasons Tokyo and I’ve heard that they don’t offer fourseasons level service which makes me hesitate.. How do you think? Any opinion could help. What surprised me is someone said that they don’t carry luggages into the room when checking in! Did you carry your luggage on your own to the room when checking in? Also, have you ever stayed in Okura Tokyo? Please let me know your opinion if you did! Thanks!! Thanks for your video!
