Love the concept.

I always find it interesting to see these videos. I never throw some of the pitches you throw. For instance I don’t throw a pitch that starts away and works back toward the barrel. I’m either jamming or working away from the barrel.

To be fair not many pitchers irl throw from "ball to strike" either. Javier Assad is someone who does have success throwing sinkers away that start as a ball but end as a strike though. Generally you use a pitch like that to steal a strike an catch the batter looking.

Thank you for actually using all of these goofs for us. It's why I love this channel. Castillo really needs outlier on his sinker that he normally has on his finest cards. Yarbs tho wtf? I know he messes with people but sheeeeeeesh.

I only used Yarbs for TA? Dude has no velo whatsoever. Kelly's not bad since he has the meta pitches but no outlier (if I'm correct) as well as Forrest. The only thing against Forrest is his low stamina so you'd probably get 8 innings at best with him.

@@TheOriginal561 I said 8 because that's if you're pitching perfectly with him. If you aren't a reasonable start would be like 6 1/3 or 7 innings at most with Forrest Whitley.

That first guy was definitely on timing or directional hitting. Had a couple whiffs on good/just early timing. We all know if you're on zone those are guaranteed foul balls even if you slam your PCI. Even after the patch the only thing I get swing an misses on are too late/early timing.

Is pinpoint really any better than meter? It seems to me that they are pretty much the same as long as you can be accurate.
