@@RassionellMaddman oh horrible. Uncle was an abusive gaslighter that killed himself. Aunt spoils him like crazy because she doesn’t know how to handle problem children. All her children are kinda effed up. Oldest son knocked up someone of a different religion so when his dad was still alive he kicked him out of the house. Their daughter married a man who is almost as abusive as the dad and controlling because she thinks that’s a normal relationship. The cousin who scammed is in high school now and doesn’t plan on going to college and last I remember plans to “get rich off crypto” which I hope he at least changed his mind about his plan (haven’t talked to them in months). Really makes me appreciate that I didn’t have to go through that.

Reading stories like this boil my blood. When my mother turned 65, I knew we would start getting scam calls. Now my mother never answers the phone and doesn't use a computer so I wasn't too concerned she would get fooled. One day we get a tax scammer call.. I pick up the phone and the guy asked for my mom, i told him she died, so without even saying he's sorry for my loss, he asks if I paid my taxes.. I told him no I don't believe in income taxes. He goes that he will call the magistrate and get me arrested. So I went first off sbutt(I get creative with my curses) nobody in America uses the word magistrate, second if you ever call this house again I will and said stuff that I post here youtube would ban me. Then I slammed the phone down. Never got that call again lol.

I had to help a 56 year old widower from scams like you help prevent!I work with mental patients as a care manager at a psychiatric counseling center. He has a mental health issue….sucks that these people prey on anyone…especially when the victims are disabled like this man is! I reported it right away because he was fixing to give her cash! He was relieved to know that he’s not alone in this issue.Thanks Pierogi!!!!

I think it’s important to convey to the scammers that the sinking feelings, cold sweats, heart palpitations, and general fear and extreme feeling of vulnerability is exactly what these scammers force thousands of people to experience once the victims discover they’ve been scammed. That is not simply cruel but it is inhumane which brings about other consequences; it plants seeds of sociopathic justifications for one’s harmful actions that ultimately and in time impact the people we actually care about.

Eric I am Indian and I cannot tell you how vile these scammers are. They literally have info about even distant relative. One called me and cooked up too detailed story about my dad. He told me that his account will freeze if he doesn’t pay loan amount, and in a city I never knew my dad would ever go. And he didn’t ask me any info, he didn’t ask me to transfer anything. He just told me to send papa there. I said ok fine. And he called Again and said oh give your father’s number, I said don’t you have the number. He wouldn’t stop calling for days. I blocked the number, he would call from another. I even told him that I am an advocate so stop. 😂😂😂 finally he said what will you do. But I was so frustrated, I missed all my deadlines for that week.

He didn’t consent to having every dollar he had stolen from him with zero way to get it back or prosecute those responsible. He didn’t consent to being forced to file for bankruptcy. He didn’t consent to losing everything. He didn’t consent to dealing with the impact of this for the rest of his time on earth. He didn’t consent to being taken advantage of when he was vulnerable. He didn’t consent to not being able to hold his scammer accountable and get legal justice because they were in a foreign country and untouchable. He didn’t consent to the extreme feelings of shame and embarrassment he felt in having to admit what happened to him. He didn’t consent to have his life destroyed. But you’re worried about a scammers “consent” to have their pictures shown online? Sorry, but I couldn’t care less about that after what they did to my grandfather. They didn’t care about his consent, and what they did was FAR worse than sharing someone’s pictures. Not to mention, they themselves download and STEAL the pictures and personal information of others from their computers, and they do FAR worse with their victims private and personal pictures and information than showing them censored on a KZread video. They sell it, steal money based on it, use it to further scam the victim, put it on the dark web, steal peoples’ identities, drain bank accounts, and ruin lives. To the point that many of their victims end up committing suicide. And those who stay living deal with the devastation and impact of losing everything for the rest of their life’s, affecting EVERY aspect of their life. Really think about what you just wrote in your comment. You’re prioritizing the wrong things. I get wanting to be a good person. But I promise you, when this happens to someone you love, and they destroy the life of your vulnerable loved one, you’ll be singing a VERY different tune, and “consent” over pictures being shared will be the last of your concerns. Actions have consequences. If this is the worst these scammers face, which 99% of the time is the case, they should be grateful. It isn’t anything even close to comparable to what they have done, and continue to do, to their victims every single day. They can make the choice not to scam people, and they will never have to face being involved in a video like this. They wake up each and every day and choose differently though. When you play with fire, expect to get burned. Don’t play with fire, and you don’t have to worry. It’s really that simple. Ethics and morality would mean that these people actually face real punishment and be held accountable for their actions and crimes legally and morally. But ethics and morality are nowhere to be seen when it comes to the victims and how they are treated. That should be where your focus lies. Not the reverse.

Not just Indians my friend. Italians dealt with similar issues when the Mafia and Mob were really big. You had to be Italian to be a Made Man in Mafia, so people assumed Italians were Mafia. We had to call out our own and admit the facts. Good for you for doing the same! Indian food is delicious.

The trouble is that these scammers aren't a ''tiny portion of the population'' anymore. It's a very big and well organised crime syndicate. At the moment they are independent. Wait until some serious criminals round them all up and make them work for them! They'll bribe everyone to make it work, and then it will explode!

Because of your channel and information at work today I was able to identify a scam and stop it! An older lady was trying to buy a thousand dollars on gift cards. While on the phone with someone telling her how much to get. I informed her about how scams work from watching your channel. When she said that’s exactly what happened she was in shock and hung up the phone on him and thanked me. I’m thankful I watch your channel and now companies (drug stores) have a limit on how much can be sold on gift cards in a small amount of time. Thank you! If we all do our part in helping the vulnerable scams can be stopped!!

My mum was once hacked £5000. The local police weren't interested and did nothing. The bank gave her back the money, but I'd have given anything for the hacker to have been caught at the time, or at least sought out by someone like you so they could be prevented from doing the same in future.
